Worst massage ever. There is no way my masseuse is trained and licensed. I have never been hurt in a massage before, I often have to ask for more pressure, but because she doesn’t understand musculature anatomy I yelped out not once but 4 times. I’ve never wished a foot rub to be over in my life—I did here. And then when I let the manager know I never got the hot stones I paid for and so I would like a discount, she said “I’ll make sure you’ll get them next time.” You lay down on paper towels, the end of the massage is signaled by a shrill kitchen timer, and if you get a couples massage they will chat to each other the whole time. Horrible. Don’t go.

Not worth the time or money. The woman at the front was on her phone while checking me in. Didn’t say much to me. Not the best start to what is supposed to be a relaxing/therapeutic massage. I was brought to a room and was left their without knowing when I would be seen or by who. A lady came into the room about 5 minutes later and asked me to undress. She came back into the room and had me lie on the table. Then the real problem started. She was incredibly rough with the massage. Asked her 3 times to be a little gentler. I get people want hard massages but she was fully digging her elbows into my back. Really uncomfortable. Now, 2 days later, I’ve woken up with a lot of pain all over my back and a super stiff neck. Lastly, I left my underwear on during the massage. The lady, without saying anything or asking, pulled them down and fully exposed me. Super uncomfortable. The whole experience was uncomfortable.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I walked in asking if they had any massages available for me and my friend who had severe back pain and the front desk receptionist said yes and ushered us both into a room. When we were undress and ready nobody came in so I went out to ask and the receptionist said they will be ready in the next hour (first red flag). Finally, after waiting awhile longer he comes back into the room only to tell us we did not have an appointment and had to leave. Unbelievable! The front desk did not bother confirming we had an appointment before bringing us in the room. He led us to believe they had availability only to end up wasting both of our time. I have been to this place many times before and had good massages however, after this bad service I will never come back or recommend to others.

I do not recommend. I went here for a nice massage to feel refreshing and relaxing.. but my massage therapist wasn't doing his best. I had to stop 5 times and tell him i want harder. He said yes then totally ignored my feedback. It just felt like he's wasting my time, massaging my toes for like 20 minutes... the facility is clean and new but.. definitely not the massage i want or worth time and money.

Fantastic massage, probably the best massage of my life. Lucy was amazing. There are overhead rails that the masseuse can use to balance while using their feet to massage, and Lucy used them expertly. After a normal full body massage (which was quite good by itself!) she climbed up to stand on my back to get even deeper. She was able to apply lots of pressure in exactly the right spots using he. She was careful to be gentle in an area of my back I'd recently injured, but was firm enough to work out tough knots in other areas. I would definitely recommend and I will be going back.

My husband booked a couples massage as a surprise. It was awesome. I've never done one before. There was a good variety of techniques used and they even used hot stones for about a minute. They didn't talk much which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place.

5 stars for the treatment and the price. Mike and Monica were great, the place doesn't look fancy but the price does reflect that. If you are looking for a good massage this is the place you want. If you want to have a luxury experience with a fancy waiting area and a luxury experience then look somewhere else.

I just had the most amazing massage done by Linda. I don’t think I ever had such a wonderful relaxing massage ever. I definitely recommend this place.

This is not a very fancy massage spa, the place itself is simple, clean, and cute. BUT the customer service and massage treatments are excellent! Eva is my favorite masseuse. She is very kind and always asks if I’m comfortable and if the pressure is ok. Everyone I have encountered at this spa is very welcoming and that goes a long way!

My husband and I have been to this place a few times for couples massage. We have really enjoyed it ever time. However, our last experience was completely different. A male was assigned to do my massage this time , and it was 90 minutes of pure torture. He cracked my back without asking me if it was ok before hand. After that, it felt more like a physical therapy session. Maybe 10 min of actual massage. Very nice guy, but he really hurt me. It’s been two days and I’m still in pain and sore from this experience. I was perfectly fine going in, now this hip pain does not go away :(.

Very recommended this place. I got 30-minutes massage with Shu. She is very gentle and friendly. The man in the front desk is really nice as well. Give this place a try if you want to have a reasonable price for a massage.

I have been going there for a while now, and I highly recommend Monika! She is amazing! She walks on my back, and she's also the only therapist I've ever had to massage my stomach and chest. I feel like she's not afraid to do what needs to be done. She gets my glutes really well and also goes way up on the adductors. But it doesn't feel unprofessional; frankly I'm glad to have a therapist who will go these places because these muscles need relief too! I don't think she speaks much English, but she is truly incredible. The price is very reasonable too, especially for NOVA. Bring cash for tip.

Massage is great! Masseuse is experienced and helpful. Easy appointment. Straightforward welcoming night manager (unfortunately not the daytime manager or front desk). The place is clean. Music is soothing. Tip is required! :D
