Thanks Mandy and the Restore Team for letting us try out all the core services! The compression boots were amazing and I didn’t want to get up. Cryo and red light were great too! Sauna is on my list for my next visit. Loved it so much I bought a monthly membership! Excited to have this in Bram.

Owner and staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I tried the infrared sauna and red light therapy...amazing! Felt so relaxed, refreshed and energized after. I also really appreciate that this facility has a shower to use after the sauna...you get a private room with the sauna and a shower. I've been to other wellness centers for the infrared saunas that don't have a shower and it is so uncomfortable to put your clothing back on when your sweaty. Overall, great experience and highly recommend, so many great health benefits.

Great experience from start to finish. Easy scheduling, friendly staff that educated us on services at Restore. Very informative visit and excellent customer service!
