Yeti,
A
one-stop
spot
for
a
plethora
of
home-style
Himalayan
preparations
from
Tibet,
Nepal,
Bhutan
and
North-East
India.
This
unique
restaurant
concept
offers
an
authentic
Himalayan
dining
experience,
coming
from
respective
regions
offering
original
recipes
to
prepare
authentic
Himalayan
Delicacies.
I
have
been
planning
to
visit
them
for
quite
some
time
and
finally
visited
their
Cross
point,
Gurugram
outlet
a
few
days
back.
The
interior
design
of
the
restaurant
is
based
on
Himalayan
culture
and
tradition
offering
a
relaxing
ambiance
with
dishes
based
on
original
recipes
prepared
with
spices
from
the
Himalayan
region.
Our
Server
Mr
Buddha
was
helpful
and
suggested
that
we
give
their
specialities
a
try.
So
we
started
with
their
mocktail
Passion
Fruit
&
Kaffir
lime
Margarita,
which
we
actually
repeated
again
with
the
main
course.
It
was
refreshing,
not
too
sweet
and
had
a
distinctive
taste
of
passion
fruit,
kaffir
lime
with
a
hint
of
pineapple.
So
good!
In
the
Starters,
we
had
to
go
for
Yeti's
Original
Steam
Himalayan
Chicken
Momos
and
trust
me
it's
the
best
momos
I
have
ever
tasted.
Juiciest,
flavorsome
and
filled
with
delicious
chicken
filling
in
a
thin
outer
wrap.
Juices
literally
oozed
out
in
every
bite
and
the
3
dips
served
along
took
it
to
a
next
level.
You
cannot
miss
these
authentic
momos
and
in
fact,
these
are
my
favorite
and
I
can
come
back
any
day
soon
for
these
momos
and
the
mocktail.
Being
Mushroom
lovers,
we
went
for
their
Chilly
Mushroom,
which
was
again
the
best
tasting
mushroom
dish
we
had
in
ages.
Crispy
from
outside
and
moist
inside,
these
glazed
mushrooms
along
with
veggies
are
sure
to
make
your
palette
sizzle
with
kicks
and
spice.
We
asked
for
less
spicy,
but
you
can
always
go
for
the
original
spice
levels
and
enjoy
it
even
more.
To
bring
back
our
palette
back
to
the
regular
taste,
we
decided
to
go
for
a
mild
dish,
and
opted
for
Butter
Fried
Beans
with
Tingmo.
And
Man,
we
simply
fell
in
love
with
the
simplicity
yet
so
flavorsome
taste
of
this
dish.
Beautiful
glazed
n
tender
beans
in
a
buttery
and
garlicky
base
served
with
the
best
pillowy,
super
soft
Tingmo
bread
that
is
still
making
me
crave
for
it
while
writing
about
this
dish.
Highly
recommended
dish
here.
Coming
to
the
mains,
we
had
already
pre
decided
to
try
their
Thakali
Chicken
Thali
and
it
was
such
a
great
decision.
It's
not
a
typical
North
Indian
thali
we
generally
get
around,
but
a
Himalayan
Thali
that
is
made
from
handpicked
Himalayan
ingredients
and
spices.
It
included
Chicken
curry,
Dal,
Gunruk
Sadeko,
Saag,
Aloo
Tareko,
radish
pickle,
seasonal
vegetable,
papad,
curd,
rice
and
we
additionally
asked
for
a
parantha
to
have
a
complete
meal.
Made
to
perfection
every
dish
of
this
Thali
had
a
distinctive
taste
that
I
never
had
before
and
was
fingerlicking
good.
I
was
seriously
transported
to
the
Himalayas
enjoying
their
traditional
cuisines
in
their
purest
form.
Also
they
serve
a
potato
pickle
along
with
dips,
which
we
loved
and
asked
for
more.
We
ended
our
meal
with
a
brownie
with
ice
cream
and
it
was
again
a
perfect
finish
to
this
soul
satisfying
meal.
Yeti
has
a
lot
to
offer
you
from
their
Himalayan
exotic
array
of
delicacies
including
Thakali
Thali,
momos,
Nepali,
Bhutanese
and
Tibetan
snacks.
So
we
are
surely
coming
back
to
try
more
of
their
Authentic
cuisines
and
warmest
Hospitality.
