Never have enough stock even though they know which books are required each year. Website doesnt do what they think it does. You order and pay online but they wont do your order until the funds clear in their account. A week later they havent responded to my online order. Surprised all our schools put us through this year after year. Definitely room for an organised competitor.

I came on Friday 8/12/2023 to buy books for my grandson,only to be told that you only accept online orders. I then order it online and came again today (13/12/2023) to collect it. For me it was unnecessary time and petrol spent. I think you should re- consider taking cash or card payment because you losing revenue. This is only my opinion. My order was ready in 3 days. Caxton always deliver and it’s noticeable how much better they have become over the years. I use Caxton for school books and stationery and they are both prompt and proactive if there is a print delay or an issue with an order. Well done! 👏

Only after placing the order which was a week ago, they emailed and said there is a 2 to 3 week delay and school starts in 2 days! Why was the delay not communicated on the website before I placed the order?????

Wow- im felt i HAD to do at least a Write Up and Thank You. The Speed with which this Order was Executed , 2 days- Fully ordered, sourced, packed, paid and Collected at CAXTON books.. (Normally we get our books closer to End December , or Early early Jan )- Well done Caxton

Wasted time to go directly to the store as no where on their website or Facebook page do they tell you that they no longer do walk-ins. Instead they have a person at the door before you enter to tell you this! How inefficient!
