Great atmosphere and facilities. Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Of all the club's on the island it was the easiest to get a free day pass and no hassles at all.

Came in on a complimentary pass as I’m only here over the holidays but I was super impressed!! The facilities are very up to date, some of the more high tech stuff took a little longer for me to figure out as I’m used to Pure Gym! The downstairs free weights section was lovely, super bright and very well maintained and the machines worked great too. Didn’t use the sauna / steam room but that’s definitely a plus if you’re looking for that. The changing rooms were really clean and secure with plenty of big mirrors for good gym pics 🙏😚

Very good gym, plenty of space, no real waiting for machines / equipment given the variety. Nice staff. Very close to the centre of town. Pay parking 2 mins walk away.

Only attend Allana and Sharon’s classes for muscle pump and pilates, would highly recommend; otherwise not a great range of 5.30 classes. Used to be brilliant with studio and gym floor classes. Those have been replaced by others which you have to pay for. Not ideal when already paying a membership. Yoga is an absolute abomination and would check the teachers CPD; have been complaining for years about this but no one takes a blind bit of notice.

I have been a member of Fitness First from it's inception here in Jersey and in my humble opinion it is the best health club I have been a member of. I have been fortunate enough to be referred to my current personal trainer Danny Evans, over 15 years now cannot remember, and who has been a positive force for my health a fitness. The club, the team and the trainers are all amazing as are the majority of the members who frequent this club.

I've been a member of Fitness first Jersey for many years along with my wife and 2 grown up children who are both very sporty, although they are now working in the UK. I have been a longstanding client of PT, Danny Evans and have 2 sessions per week. We have a small group of 4 or 5 who train with Danny and we have found him to be responsible & professional at all times. Over the years, I have also recommended & introduced many people to the gym & Danny. The gym has a vibrant atmosphere and the staff are always very welcoming, friendly and helpful.. The equipment is regularly upgraded. We are also regular uses of the Steam room & Sauna which we enjoy. Our regular training sessions are an important part of our lives are and beneficial to our well being. Many thanks & keep up the great work!

I am lucky to have a "friend" so I get to go free on Friday's. Really enjoy the layout and relaxed atmosphere. Easy parking and the staff are friendly if you need some guidance. If you can commit the time and enjoy the gym it is worth the monthly fee, I on the other hand don't have that level of commitment unfortunately

I would definitely recommend Fitness First I am delighted with the professional service by the wonderful staff. It is by far the most highly maintained and hygienic gym in Jersey.

I am a frequent visitor. The equipment is normally well maintained and the gym is very clean. There are few people when I go off peak. The changing rooms have recently been refurbished.

Good gym, new friendly staff, decent equipment, and a good amount of squat racks.
