It took us some time to find this place because it's located on the second floor of a busy street. The front door is near the subway exit and the search was totally worth it. This is more of a Western place in terms of ambiance and service was efficient. Food was not super fast because everything seems to be made from scratch. The honey chicken we ordered was piping hot and absolutely delicious. I am looking forward to returning here in my next visit to Seoul.

Food was delicious, especially loved the texture of the fried chicken and the spice of the fried rice. Really nice cocktails too you wouldn't want to miss.

Chicken is nice, we ordered one chicken and cinnamon bread for 3 people. Recommend you order one by one, do not waste the nice foods, there are people in the world who are suffering from hungry

This place is just above KFC, open 24hrs and super tasty food and drinks. Staff are a bit lost at times but mostly attentive and helpful. Very quite and calm place to hang out with some chicken and beer.

We ordered the fries with casava chips, kyochon soy garlic and spicy boneles chicken thigh half chicken. All three were delicious, the spicy chicken was spicier than expected which was good. Environment a little loud.

Wow, wow, wow! This chicken is out of this world! Not anything like American fried chicken; it has a really crispy outer and very juicy inner! We had the drumsticks half garlic soy and half spicy which (spicy was my favorite) were so contrasting and delicious to change up the flavors. We also got the boneless honey series because we wanted to try it all (then we took the leftovers home)! We had Cass beers on tap which (Korean Budlight?) but tasted a lot better and very smooth! Please visit this place if you’re a chicken lover!

If you want crispy , tasty , freshly cooked Korean fried chicken with some cold beer , then this place does exactly that . Yum.

Wide choices of fried chicken and convenient location. Good atmosphere for gathering with friends. May not be kids friendly though coz of music volume and less kids friendly food options (esp for carbohydrates)

We ordered the half-half original with soy and spicy sauce. Both sauces were very salty and we even got served 2 chicken necks(?) in the mix. Quality dropped quite a lot since the last time we came.

Kyochon Chicken is a chain store in Korea. I found out about it through social media. The 3 of us were there on 22 Nov 2023 during our vacation. We had the half and half chicken with bone, cheese balls and boneless chicken. We enjoyed the chicken. The moscato ale was fruity to my liking too. We paid krw 66,500 / sgd 69.35. The place was quiet with songs on repeat and the place was bustling with groups, couples and family with young children.

One of the best fried chicken wing in dongdaemun. Garlic soy is a must try. Light, fragrant outer crust, tender and juicy chicken meat. A perfect combination with beer

Food is so consistent at Kyochon and this place is no exception. Service is excellent…just ring the table side buzzer. 4 stars due to the menu only having 2 beers for sale but there’s multiple taps and all the locals are drinking different (and larger) beers than the locals…also don’t sit anywhere next to the front door, it lets in a cold (or hot) blast of air due to the door being situated right next to a drafty stairwell…also the smoking room…doesn’t isolate anyone seated within 50 meters from the horrid smoke smell. Terrible idea to have at the front of the restaurant….Otherwise, come if you like kyochun and are in the area. Also, the entrance is hard to find..this building is straight up DOMINATED by KFC, I wonder how many people show up to KFC and then walk out when they realize it’s not Kyochon. You have to walk all the way around the building to find the tiny entrance and stairwell leading to the restaurant on the 2nd floor.

Good food, my favorite place to eat in Seoul. Recommended restaurant if you like fried chicken. The serve will be quite long, because they cook the chicken after you ordered. Open for 24 hours, but it’s not too crowded if you come for breakfast or lunch

So delicious! Airy and crispy exterior. Tons of flavor. There used to be a Kyochon in Manhattan but has since closed. I'm glad I'm able to relive my nostalgia.

The best fried chicken and the best fries we've ever had. It was delicious, and the portion was huge, enough for 3 people. We got the boneless garlic soy chicken, and it was very tasty and juicy.

Really good fried chicken served decently quickly and tasty to the bone. Pair with some Max beer or local craft, and enjoy either the spicy or garlic soy versions to your delight. Lots of space in the restaurant, and they seem to serve wine pairings too!

I love Kyochon chicken!! We ordered 2 flavors of fried chicken: original and spicy. The fried chicken is very juicy, not dry at all! We ordered beer as well to enjoy the fried chicken:)

Canadian traveller here. I love their friend chicken. We ordered the half and half series and we did not regret it. It’s perfect for 2 people. We also ordered cheese fries which went really well with our chicken. It was only approximately 30,000 KW. There is a self-serve bar with Thai chilli sauce and honey mustard as well as the pickled daikon. You pay up front and do not need to wave down a waiter. There is a call button on the table when you are ready to order or when you need a refill for your drink. I would recommend coming here when your in the area.

Even at 4.45 pm on a Tuesday evening, we had to wait for 30 minutes. The chicken was definitely worth the wait. We ordered garlic soy chicken (drumsticks with winglets and drumlets) and they were soooo good. Will definitely visit again! 👍👍👍👍

We tried 3 flavors of chicken( honey, soy sauce and spicy) and I like all of them. Side dishes like fried rice and sticky rice cake are also good.

Second time visit, still delicious. Remember to order the half and half chicken, you get to taste more flavours. Also, craft beer is a must. Plus, it opens 24/7, what's not to love?

Went here multiple times during my vacation. Popular tourist spot so there will be English on the menu, and of course there will be a wait for table. They have buttons on the table to ask for service so in a way service is pretty good. Obviously go here for the fried chicken and beer. Chicken is moist no matter it being a white or dark piece. You cannot go wrong with this place.

Terrible service, terrible, terrible attitude. AVOID this place. Response to business’ reply: 1. I am not a foreigner. 2. I did use your Dongdaemun store. 3. I used the Bae dahlae mjnjok app. 4. I ordered chicken and waited over an hour. 5. The delivery NEVER happened. 6. So I called and your store employee said the delivery person and the store tried to call. Lie. 7. No one from your store ever called. Fix your system and attitude.
