We came up for a mini vacation and were very happy with the Gosford Palms Motor Inn! I don't think we could have had a better experience - the room had everything we needed, and was very clean and comfortable. The staff are absolutely amazing - Michelle and the team are such wonderful and genuine people. They really went above and beyond, and it was much appreciated. We will definitely be back! Thank you again for the fabulous experience :)

If I could give a negative score I would. Can’t comment on the venue didn’t get there. Was lucky to find accommodation on Friday morning for the following Saturday night. Booked it and got confirmation email. At 11.50am got a call saying nothing was available but there was a vacancy at there sister motel (her mum was the manager) and she would try to get a fold out bed for my son. At 1.00pm I thought I’d just double check and I was advised there was nothing available. She asked if I wanted her to call the Palms. I said no I’ll wait for them to call me so I can get my refund. At 2.00pm I get an email to confirm my arrival time at the Palms. So I called as they must have had a cancellation. Spoke to the manager who apologised and told me that I had to call Booking.com to get my refund. She didn’t bother to offer to fix their stuff up or call to advise I didn’t have accommodation at the sister motel. They were happy for me t turn up and be stranded. Just had a look and it is showing vacancies……. Absolutely appalling service, especially from the manager. I would suggest you avoid this premises but if you do chose to use them have a backup plan because they don’t care once they get your money.

We needed a place to stay overnight that was close to town and value for money, and Gosford palms motel delivered. Our room was very clean, the bed was sooo comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I can definitely recommend this place if you're after value for money accommodation.

We had the pleasure of staying here a few weeks ago. Michelle the manager was amazing! She even had ice ready for me for my wine for when we arrived! We arrived a little bit early so our 2 bedroom family room wasn't quite ready and because she new we had a horrible experience through Stayz 2 weeks earlier and lost all our money she was lovely enough to upgrade us to the 3 bedroom family room. The room was immaculate, had air-con and a TV in each room and plenty of space. The pool was clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We would 100% return! Thank you Michelle for making our stay so special. You deserve 10 stars.

Unfortunately the rooms had stained carpets, unpainted walls where there appeared to have repairs made, and had tomato sauce (or something) on the wall. The bath was missing a tap, so couldn't be used. There was no broom, or dustpan etc. The flyscreens didn't fit properly, there was no latch on the screen door to the balcony. There was netflix in every room and free wifi, and off street parking. The main room had a queen and a single (in front of the wardrobe so you couldn't open the doors), tv, bedside tables. The 2nd room had a queen, tv, bedside tables, wardrobe and a built in wardrobe, window opened onto balcony. The 3rd "bedroom" was a queen bed in the open plan living/dining room. This room also had dining table, 4 chairs, couch with 3 single chairs, tv, balcony, jug/toaster/microwave and enough crockery/cutlery, which was a nice surprise. The shower had good pressure and was hot, though the rose had to stay at the 1 angle or it "fell" down. The free amenities were quite nice. There was a separate toilet. The swimming pool was great, there was a BBQ but we didn't use it. Michelle the friendly manager, helped us with rearranging our dates, as we'd had a family emergency for our original booking, and the cleaner was also friendly and helpful. Overall it suited our purpose.

We stayed for 10 days when we were getting a bathroom renovation. The staff were down to earth and friendly. They were also very responsive if we had any requests. We had no issues for the period of our stay. A well sized clean room, bathroom, storage area and lounge. The Gosford Palms motor inn was also very affordable compared to other accommodation found locally.

Our stay at Gosford Palms could not be faulted. Michelle (Manager) was extremely organised and friendly on our arrival and our rooms were very clean and the beds and linen, amazing. We have stayed there twice now and would not stay anywhere else in Gosford. Thanks Michelle, see you next time.

Off the main road therefore quiet, reasonable price, clean recently renovated rooms and friendly reception.

We stayed here a year ago and it was pretty good. Returned again this time and pleasantly surprised it has been recently renovated so it’s even nicer, more clean and modern. Staff are also friendly.

Great location to stadium and waterfront park area. Clean beds and rooms. Nice staff. Quiet sleep.
