Best costumer service! Michelle at the jewelry department was so helpful and friendly! She helped me out with my wedding band that I needed for my wedding in 2 days!

Best department store for clothing selection, low prices, tons of sales & coupons AND... they always have multiple variations of exactly what I'm searching for!! I don't even bother going to other stores anymore because JCPenny's IS THE BOMB!! Very friendly & knowledgable staff. This store has its business together!!🏆

I took my niece shopping for some bras and shorts, and she was very happy with what she found. I also found a nice shirt for myself.

In the process of looking for a suit. Came to JCPenney's and could not find any help. Very few workers during this pandemic time. Tried on a few jackets but there was no mirrors around but inside the dressing room. Some of us have not worn suits in years thus we need some help picking out the correct ensemble.

Remarkable customer service. Paid less then I thought I would. Will definitely be back.
