This was my first appointment with On Point. Highly positive experience from nice welcome by receptionist, update about a short delay, through to a teeth cleaning that was pain free and comfortable. Michael Chan and his assistant were friendly and efficient. Thank you for positive experience

Absolutely amazing place. I went there after visiting 3 different dentist that were not able to solve my aching tooth and I've been living with pain for over a year. After seeing my X-rays Dr. Chan was able to spot the issue straight away and after one appointment it was done. It was a matter of changing poorly made filling and other dentists either havnt seen any issue (despite of very bad pain!) or suggested root canal treatment or even extraction. The clinic itself is really nice. It doesn't feel like you are at the dentist (which can be very stressful!). It's very modern and cosy. It feels very relaxing. Not to mention the staff! Everyone is super lovely! They even play your favourite music if you ask for it. 100% recommend and I've been here now many times.

I was quite nervous but it was a very relaxing experience. I will definately be returning, even though it is quite a trek from my home. Totally worth it!

Got a wisdom tooth pulled for the first time at On Point. They fit me in right away due to some pain I was having. Didn’t feel a thing getting the tooth pulled, the dentist answered all of my questions beforehand and was very kind. Will definitely go back in the future.

Very good experience with on the point dental. Nothing was too much of a hassle, prices are affordable with payment plans and the results are incredible. My regular dentist was not available and he referred me to On Point Dental. I rang Lala on the Wednesday for the booking on Thursday. I came, filled out the new patient forms Erin gave me, saw Dr Chan who was assisted by the lovely Erin, got the great filling in a few minutes, paid, and was outa there in 25 mins. Excellent happy staff service with smiles and a great distracting lux travel TV station on the ceiling! Thanks everyone for making it so easy!

My tooth filling cracked and fell out. When I phoned to book my regular dentist his receptionist advised he was not working due to COVID. A friend had talked about her and her family’s positive experience being treated by Michael Chan at On Point Dental in Fremantle so gave them a call and had an appointment within a day. The work done was effective, efficient and friendly so my tooth looks great and feels strong and comfortable: this is a major relief!!

I’ve had a great experience with Dr Michael Chan and the nurses Lala and Erin for my wisdom teeth removal. They were all very friendly, effective, and their experience definitely shows! I have no pain the day after my surgery and would definitely recommend this practice to others.

Fantastic vibe! 10/10 Adam’s would recommend this dentist. I recently moved to Freo and was looking for a local dentist. The whole team here is brilliant, super friendly. I saw Dr Michael Chan for a check up and clean and he made my first visit very chill and easy. The practice is really nice and well equipped. Happy to have found my new dentist :) I even got to learn some dog training tips from the ceiling telly during my check up, now I just have to get a dog.

This clinic is dental heaven ! I arrived feeling nervous and being an aging retiree, worried about my missing teeth and declining crowns. After the only enjoyable teeth cleaning I have had Dr Michael worked out a simple plan for the future. Clearly he is an extremely gifted dentist. The nurses Erin and Lala are delightful people. I left in a state of elation about my dental future. Take your most sensitive children to them. Perhaps it is your inner child that needs them. Just go there!

From a person who has a passionate distaste of dentists, the folks at On Point are easily the most level-headed and considerate that I have ever had the pleasure to engage with. They did a phenomenal job in removing my crowded wisdom tooth on short notice during the holiday period and with the utmost care. Go to this dentist. Do not think twice. They the real MVP.
