Very
disappointed
with
my
order
at
Cockburn
store
yesterday
24/01/23
when
I
visited
at
12:00
midday.
It
took
15
minutes
to
get
served
and
I
was
the
only
one
waiting
for
the
first
10
minutes.
Then
I
was
served
by
a
trainee
who
was
clearly
struggling.
Another
customer
came
and
completed
her
order
whilst
she
struggled
with
my
order
of
1
x
lactose
free
cappuccino
in
a
cup
and
1
x
Ham
Simple
sandwich.
She
was
not
given
any
assistance
and
I
was
not
acknowledged
by
the
other
staff
member.
My
coffee
arrived
in
a
timely
manner,
the
store
was
not
full
nor
terribly
busy.
Coffee
was
fine.
The
simple
sandwich
arrived,
plonked
onto
the
table
with
the
announcement
of
Simple
sandwich
on
whole
meal.
Firstly
I
did
not
order
whole
meal,
then
I
saw
cheese
and
thought
they
had
given
me
someone
else’s
order.
I
left
my
table
with
the
plate
and
stood
near
the
servery
window
and
waited.
I
was
very
visible
with
the
plate
of
food
in
my
hand.
I
was
ignored
for
at
least
5
minutes
until
the
trainee
walked
past
and
I
handed
the
plate
saying
that
it
was
not
what
I
ordered.
She
looked
blankly
at
me
took
the
plate
and
went
into
the
kitchen.
I
returned
to
my
table
where
shortly
after
the
waitress
returned,
plonked
the
plate
down
advising
simple
sandwich
with
ham.
It
was
very
clear
the
same
sandwich,
now
with
ham
added,
was
returned.
I
never
ordered
cheese
or
whole
meal.
What
I
don’t
understand
is
the
menu
describes
this
order
as
four
small
peaks
on
Swedish
white
bread
with
a
choice
of
ham
or
cheese.
I
received
two
halves
on
whole
meal
with
thick
cheese
and
eventually
ham.
I
attempted
to
advise
someone
at
the
time
only
to
find
that
the
manager
had
her
back
to
a
small
queue
of
frustrated
customers.
I
did
not
have
the
time
to
wait
for
her
to
at
least
acknowledge
the
customers
before
dealing
with
my
dissatisfaction.
There
seemed
to
be
ample
staff
and
thr
kitchen
was
not
busy.
Very
disappointing
service
and
meal.
