I bought a ring here here once, and i say once , only. I bought a cheap 1k ring and got cheap 1k service. Lets faced it MH is the fast-food of jewelry stores, generally selling lower end bling. Some of the young female staff could get a lesson in manners, snotty nosed brats earning KFC style wages acting like semi-racist prima donas wearing their 12k gold coated bling. Well done girls for making my partner feel like sheet, looking down on her cause she was Asian, but u all acted a bit different when the white male with suit walked in. The manager was nice tho... You failed yr customer. Never ever again And u know that old saying, a happy customer tells 1 person and the unhappy customer tells 10. Bonn voyage girls

This is the second time I went to Michael Hill (the other place gave me great service) but this place is not the best. I took my friend to get her a pair of earrings. They ask if we want to buy gold, but when I said I need silver, they said, “Sorry, we don’t have it” with the attitude like she don’t want us to be there.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. I went along with my partner to look at engagement rings and we were welcomed by Chris. She was knowledgeable on the wide variety of diamond rings. She gave honest suggestions and recommendations and she wasn't pushy at all. Chris even encouraged us to look around at other jewellery stores to ensure we were making the right decision. We ended up falling in love with a ring and my partner went right ahead and purchased it - is is GORGEOUS!

Fantastic service. Very friendly. Super patient. The staff even went out of their way to get me a coffee from the cafe across from their store. Highly recommend.

The staff in this store are wonderful!! So friendly and helpful each time I visit from the day we purchased our rings, through each diamond check and rhodium plating. Always met with a smile and friendly chat while they organise what I need. Thanks all!!

I went to Michael Hill Innaloo, I met Chris who made me feel welcome, being a regular Michael Hill Customer I asked her if she knew anywhere I could get a chain necklace fixed? Chris immediately got her tool box out and fixed my chain. Chris gives excellent customer service, she gave me information regarding other things I needed to know as I have recently moved to Scarborough from Busselton. I can highly recommend Michael Hill and Chris who will look after you and you will definitely enjoy the shopping experience! Thank you Chris for a wonderful experience today, you made my day. Chris was really helpful, no pushy at all, bought an engagement ring to propose, was afraid cant make it on time because it had to be resized, but then it came after only a week. Really recommend Michael Hill Innaloo!

The staff are always lovely but I've never really thought to write a review until I purchased my diamond solitaire pendant last week from Bryce. What a lovely young man. Did all the right things and made me feel like a valued customer. Hold onto him MHJ Innaloo, he's gorgeous.

I'm really disappointed in Michael Hill and would NOT recommend anyone to buy from them. Their jewellery looks appealing from the window but if something goes wrong they just don't care. I recently received an expensive bracelet for my 21st birthday. On the 4th wear one of the attachments broke. It was under the warranty we paid for but they refused to repard it OR replace it! Not only that, it took 3 months to get this response from them when I was told 10 business days! When I collected my bracelet I was told to visit the jewellery shop a few doors down, who was able to repair it within 5 days at a very reasonable cost. Unfortunately I'm not the only person who has experienced this - they refused to repair my friend's engagement ring which was also under warranty.

Got sold a dud pair of gold earings with the worst quality clasp. Was assured that clasp works well. It clearly doesn't as one of the earings fell out on second wear. Also noticed on the receipt I got tricked into paying for a Care Plan which I did not ask for and was not forewarned about. Buyer beware. Bad quality. Unethical tactics.
