    Visited the doctor with my adult son on Saturday 13th March 2022, requiring a medical certificate for 1 day taken as sick leave following Covid 19 vaccine taken. Waited 45 minutes to be seen beyond appointment time.Doctor was rude, unprofessional and dismissive with the request...an abrupt " I cannot help you, is there anything else"...all up 30 seconds of his response, for which we were charged $40 for his time. We will never be supporting this medical centre again, but do not suggest that you do not give this practice a try.. I wish you a better experience than what we have experienced.

    Appointment was at 10.10. Waited 55 minutes. Met Dr.Philip Ibukunoluwa, no greeting or any acknowledgement. Sat in front of the PC and kept reading. Suddenly took a stethoscope and didn't even notify. Straight away he placed on my back ,2 seconds he finished checking. I didn't even get a chance to breathe in and out. It was done. Didn't check my pressure nor asked further questions about my condition. Gave prescription and said follow me. At the counter he asked me to tap 41 AUD and I asked why and questioned if the are not bulk billing and he immediately replied me that no one does bulk billing now. He was so rude to me and said he is so busy and have no time for me. I had to show the medical centres website that they have advertised bulk billing and requesting patients to pay without notifications are wrong . He then said to me that 'can you do me a favour?' and when I said yes, he said please don't come to this medical centre anymore. I'm truly disappointed with the service and the customer service. Wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place.

    Went in for a skin check. I turned up 15 minutes early as I haven’t been their before and my appointment was 30 minutes late. No receptionist at the front desk. I get into my appointment and they ask be what is my reason for coming when I booked a full body skin check. He proceeded to tell me he didn’t have the machine to determine if my spots needs to be removed. But still told be they recommended it be biopsied. He said in his words “ I will get my other colleague to do it as i don’t like to do do medical removals in the afternoon”. After sitting in silence for 15 minutes as he typed on his computer he recommended me go to another GP because he didn’t want to do it. I was told to tell them “your doctor is concerned and you want it removed”. Given no referral. I came in for a skin cancer check and they didn’t even have the equipment when that’s what they advertise they do. I was basically told to go to another ago because they didn’t want to deal with me.

    I have called 3 times since 3pm and was hung up on all 3 times. I'm not very impressed at all by the service of the man who barely took my calls. I was calling to ask to speak to the referring Doctor/Nurse regarding the urgency of a referral. I've never spoken to someone so rude and inconsiderate. You shouldn't be working in medical if you can't even help. The fact that you had the audacity to hang up on me more than not only once but twice actually baffles me. I feel sorry for the patients of this clinic let alone the colleagues who would have to deal with you. Shame on you.

    I came to the surgery, I was asked to fill out the paperwork while in the car which took 30 mins. I could have been emailed the forms to avoid waiting delay. Then I was called by Doctor Jacob. The most awful and dismissive doctor I have ever come across. I advised him that I and my kids had fever for 3 days and we have using neurophen which is dangerous for extended use. His response was "sorry I can't give you an antibiotic script". I will never be coming back to this surgery again. The most awful patient management skills.

    I booked in a GP review to have my blood test results. The centre kept cancelling my appointment at least 3 times to a point where i had to ask for a phone appointment instead. Very irresponsible. Never coming back here again. Disappointed.

    This practice has very poor signage, comes across very unprofessional, never answers their phone to queries and the administration is extremely rude. I do not recommend to anyone.

    The male receptionist is very rude. I just asked the receptionist to check my records and want to know the doctors name (previous week I got the consultation with one of the doctors in that medical center). He checked my record and told me "yes you came last week and met the doctor. But to know the doctor's name you have to get an another appointment to be booked and ask the doctor directly what is his name". I have no idea what he speak like this. He is very rude.

    Please beware of this medical centre. Bulk Billing my %$#@ as they charge you over the counter. Reception have no experience. Go elsewhere.

    If you are looking for a great local GP in Southern River area, Dr Quam in now located at Southern River Medical Centre. He has been my family GP for year's. My youngest son hated going to the Drs, however Dr Quam is great with kid's and is the only Dr my son has been happy to see when he is unwell. I highly recommend Dr Quam and the friendly staff at the new Southern River Medical Clinic.

    Just moved to Southern River neighbour hood. This medical facility boasts their ability for skin checks. Asked for a referral to have a skin condition to be removed, they advised I have the removal done in their surgery. Never again!!! The after care was non existent. I had my dressing appointments cancelled, stitches were sloppy, ended up at emergency twice with an infection. My stitches were removed but he left some behind. I now have an infected incision site being care for by St Johns Emergency, who removed the residue stitched, gave me antibiotics. BEWARE…..don’t let this happen to you.

    Dr sent me for a PCR test and I have been waiting for my results to allow me to go back to work. Phone Pathwest and they said the doctor referred me for a respiratory PCR which tests for influenza etc. and not covid and said I need to call the doctor back to sort it out. When calling the doctor, a man answered and I explained my situation, he then said I can't talk to anyone until 5.30pm which effects my work because of the doctors mistake. When I explain further the man hung up on me and has now blocked my number so my calls don't go through. Absolutely disgraceful and wouldn't recommend going there, rude and certainly do not know what they are doing!

    Needed the Doctor to fix a medical cert they gave me. I didn't have my name on it just my child's. My Work wouldnt except it. Just wanted them to amend it and say I was caring for the child with my name on it. I rang three times gave my email to them and nothing. Don't waste your time here! Reception is terrible.

    Dr Philip Ibukunoluwa is the worst doctor I have ever come across. I should have known that this place wasn’t good when there’s less than two patients waiting to be examined. He was rude. And I had to wait about 30 minutes just to talk to him for 5 minutes. I initially went in to get a referral and when I had to go and get a second referral he said that the I’m unable to get an appointment with the specialist because “I’M HARD TO DEAL WITH”. Apparently I was asking too many questions when I asked the required questions. He did not even apologize. Will not be back for sure.

    had an appointment for 10:50, Have been to this place twice before. The receptionist is a joke walk in to be told to sit down, when i finally get called 2 hours later i needed my medicare card which i got told i didn’t need as it was already in the system then had to fill out a sheet i was the only one in there after an hour and still waited another do not go if you have plans after. HORRIBLE

    Worst experience I've had with a doctor. My appointment was at 9:30am and the doctor was late to work and arrived just after 10am He was rude also I had a broken leg and had my discharge papers proving it and he wouldn't give me a doctor's certificate saying I couldn't work. Just in case he got in trouble....like I was faking it. Bad judgement and no sympathy

    Absolute worst experience with these people, no communication following up reports. I have called ATLEAST 15 times in the last 3 days just trying to get a report sent to me that’s ready to go but for some reason they can’t get it together - knowing it’s a timely matter. Still have not received it

    I have been attending this practice for the past 10 years. The doctors are very friendly and the services are excellent. They always remind me of my health check up and they promptly attend to my health needs. The waiting room is very spacious and they just moved to a great facility. Top notch medical center!
