At these times its preferd the mosque to be free from visitors or non praying people. The prayer times are allways announced with the athan (islamic call for prayer). That is usually heard all around the city, from the minarets of mosques from different parts of the city. It usually takes 10-20 minutes per prayer. And the times of prayer differ from season to season.
