Wow, I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Nando's Benoni Lake. So I had an issue with paying online due to my bank restrictions so I decide to call them to find out if they can bring the speed point. First amazing thing was the guy on the IVR machine, I was smiling even before getting connected and to top it all off, I get through to this great guy (Thembani) who already knew what I had tried to order before telling him, I should've asked for my lotto numbers as well... maybe he knows them 🤣🤣🤣. It's my first time ordering from this branch as I'm new this side and this was a really pleasant surprise and experience. Very convenient and efficient I must say. Keep doing the most Nando's👌...Thembani you are just awesome😉 Can't wait to have my meal😋

I don't understand why the stuff from benoni lake nandos are so stingy with extra sauce??not once not twice every time we ask for extra sauce they don't add and they just get moody when we ask for it....I'm failing to understand, is the extra sauce deducted from their salaries?because wow😒

1. The cashier had bad attitude when we asked for leg quarters, and guess what we got 1 brest quarter and 1 leg quarter. 2. We had to use our hands to eat, not fork& knife, until we asked and only got 1 set, so must we ask for another set again? 3. Our drinks OMG, we had to ask for our drinks because they didn't bring them.

I am shocked. I ordered online @14:40 for delivery at 16:45. After numerous calls i received it @ 18:19. When i opened it my salad (what i paid for) was not even inside. The chicken had no sauce. It was like it was boiled in water. I have no words.

Great food. Clean place. Terrible staff. Seems to have had a shuffle. Not seeing many of the old, friendly faces. The new staff is simply terrible. Their attitudes, especially when eating in, leaves very little to be desired.

Ordered 2 meals at 15:15, 45min later we got our meals andthey brought the wrong order.

I bought/ordered appletini at 15:26 n to be told at 15:57 that it's not available, mind you, they only told me the time I went to colletct or check what's going on since I was waowait for long.
