I got my order very quickly in less than 5 minutes of waiting, everything was tasting amazing.

This year, I celebrated my birthday here on the 21st of September, and trust me, I had the best time of my life. The staff is friendly and the service is on point.

One of the good eateries in the highveld mall and it offers affordable priced meals, with good welcoming staff who just advertise what they have in their basket (shop) and you're definitely tempted to buy their mouth watering meals ignoring their other competitors nearby

Friendly staff members ready to attend at anytime you're in their space, it have a number spacious dining tables it's busy shop though it's amongst other giant eateries

I ordered full chicken arroz and requested it to be cut in 8 instead I got 6 pieces and it’s not the first time this is happening

My husband and I had a great time. It was my first time visiting Highveld from Pta and the experience was great. Would love to go back again

Food is fresh and well prepared to specific orders. Due to space the atmosphere is not all great, especially on busy days and month end.

I ordered on Uber eats for pick up but the manager, said they didn't receive my order. I showed him the order on my uber eats and he marked it "Order Picked Up" and now it shows that I have picked up the order. Luckily I was able to show him that uber eats debited the money from my bank and he apologized and prepare the order for me and i had to wait, while I was avoiding to wait.

On my last visit this place fully packed no tables where available and there was a long que that day, luckily while busy placing my order. A table opened up, I ordered a full chicken and buns...I thought I was going to wait for 40 minutes to 1 hour max...my meal was ready within 10-12 minutes. I had a great experience and the customer service was satisfactory too.

The food I ordered didn't look like the menu displayed . I ordered a mix bowl and a quarter chicken . The mix bowl was tasteless and just mixed put together any old how, I was not asked as to what portion of chicken I would have liked. The lady who served me was not polite when seeing me but seemed rather annoyed at my presence.

First they said, I should go withdraw money and not use the card machine, when I came back, they said they can no longer sell to me because their system is not working. All my energy walking around for an ATM was wasted. I couldn't even get food.

It's all good the Service was great Really enjoyed the Chicken when I got to my destination was my 2nd Nandos meal of the day as I was traveling and this one's chicken was the best.

It always feels crammed whenever I come here, there's honestly nothing bad with Nandos but the atmosphere is not great at all.

As always excellent service and best served meals . I am from the South of Johannesburg. When I visit the Ridge Casino Hotel . It is must foe me and my family..

Delicious food and super friendly staff. I would've given this a 4 stars, but that caramel milkshake was disappointingly bland and i didn't like that we, the customer's, had to get up and get our desired sauce for flavour instead of being served by the servers.

Do you @#R&(@% people have any idea how DANGEROUS this is ?? This was my daughters supper !! For those that are considering visiting this place, the red is BLOOD and we asked for "well done" , I guess I should be happy we got the "well done" sticker!!!

Their chicken and chips are exceptional.well cooked. Thank you to Nandos Highveld staff.keep up the great work. I wont mind eating their chicken every single day. Its to die for. Well grilled like it should be. You will NEVER find blood inside their chicken. Im a happy customer
