Sai Ashish name perfectly suits to this hospital. This is children hospital also having NICU facility. Dr. Rita Lochani is one of the best & humble doctor i ever met in life. I am very much happy with treatment provided to my kid and transparency along with humbleness of doctor is like cheerey on the cake🤗. In case or emergency Dr. Lochani ensure to attend child at anytime though it's mid night and reaches hospital within few minutes. We may have to takeout some time if we wish to consult doctor as there will be waiting. As is the scenario with all good doctors so no worries😊. Doctor is very good and experienced. The 5start is just for doctor and her treatment. However the front office staff in the morning shift are extremely rude and manipulative. They never ever talk politely and they all are scam gang. Be careful of the fees, because if doctor charges u 500 they will charge u 600 or more. I have caught them red handed and they are so smart to even play with the words. So when you visit the hospital do check with the doctor for the fees.

We don't have any other good Paedetric in Ulhasnagar and Ambernath area. So we are helpless to visit this doctor. The hospital is like a slum - No cleanliness maintained, unhygienic, no security. But doctor give lecture about cleanliness, hygiene, etc to patients!! You will never see receptionists talking polite. Always rude, unprofessional, never see them smile on their face. Don't have any co-ordination between doctor, nurses, assistant doctor, staff and are always careless about the patients. BHAGWAAN bharose kaam chal raha hai!! Have to wait for minimum 2 hrs for 2 mins of dr checkup/visit. On top of these, they are charging as if they are giving 5 star treatment. Rs. 600 bucks just for consulting. They are even minting money from their neighborhood chemist. Deadly combination of LOOTING money.

Had a really great experience of Dr Rita mam. But I dint get the 6 month renew policy of file. As my baby wasn't well so I went at Sunday at 6:00pm.nurse asked me to wait till mam will come after that she is saying mam dint work on Sunday still I want treatment then I will go for assitant Dr. I allowed for it.at the time of payment she is asking for 700rs.means why I should pay 700rs by taking treatment from assistant instead of Dr so she was saying that I dint come there since 6 month. So I must pay this amount for file renew. What is this? I am requesting Rita mam please see what's going on behind you? Means is it mandatory to our kids that they must become ill within 6 month so we don't need to pay for file renew?

Doctor Rita ma'am is generous with her behaviour and she is the best doctor for children BUT hospital's receptionists are very bad in nature and they do not care about patients and patient's family.

Undoubtedly DR Rita Rochlani is the best doctor for children in the town. Humble nature and discuss the issue very well. A few things I want to mention. Fees -For first visit it's 800₹. If visited again within 3 months then its 400₹. After 3 months it is 700₹ and after six months it's again like a first time visit. Appointment - No online appointment is taken you have to go to the hospital and wait for your turn. There is always a huge crowd so it takes 1-2 hours for our turn to meet the doctor. Doctor Timing - DR is available for OPD twice daily from monday to saturday. Afternoon it's like 12pm to 3pm and in the Evening it's 6pm to 9.30pm. Parking - Available for Bike but not for cars. IPD - similarly to all hospitals General ward, twin sharing and Special rooms are available. Charges are a bit higher, better to confirm from the hospital itself. My Opinion - it's better to visit here and get your child well in once. It's worth your money.

I have a huge respect to Dr Rita and think she’s the best paediatric in town but yesterday wasn’t a good experience for us. We visited the clinic after 6 months for which they charged rs 600, actual fees is rs400. Isn’t it a good thing if the child has been healthy all the while? Just because we dint show up all these months, will you charge your patients basis on this. I also understand that the staff needs to get paid and vice versa but this isn’t the way to loot people. Unacceptable and unethical. Disappointed.
