In the name of cashless facility hospital forced u for pay security deposit and at time of billing they add unrgal and inproper charges which is refused to pay by mediclaim service provider. And forcefully they deduct your security deposit,and this is very wrong I personally suggest every one to avoid this Hospital

Worst hospital I have ever seen, even the government hospitals are better then this. They don't know how to talk specially that admin her name is SIMA who is in nx criticare and including some STAFFS ! 1 or 2 staffs are very good knowledgeable and caring but rest all are worst, no doubt doctors are really good but one advice please remove those peolpes from your hospital, Hospital is good but bcz of these staffs your respect will go down This is a request to DR. I request everyone to kindly not visit this hospital. There are many malpractices going on and the entire staff is aware about it. The doctor and staff doesn't care about anyone's life. I lost my loved one because of them. They try to Ill treat the patient when the are relatives are not around. The staff is unprofessional and don't even attend the patient when in need. Please avoid going to this hospital.

While no other hospital was admitting my patient overlooking the complications, Surekha criti care took us in, my patient was on ventilator but with the cooperation and good treatment of the doctors Dr. Prakash Kaurani and dr siddheshwar bavkar he’s stable now Staff there were well trained and cooperative. They guided us throughout the procedure We are very thankful of them our patient is stable and with us. Once again thank you Surekha criti care team

I went here for covid 19 vaccines Dose1 for my mom. Vaccines are open for both online and offline bookings. But, we booked online for a smooth process. So, as expected process was smooth. It's a paid one. 780 rupees are the vaccine charges here. On the ground floor, they made us wait for our turn. On the 2nd floor, they are vaccinating people. They ask proper health questions and do their routine checkups before vaccinating. Post vaccine they issued us a hard copy of the vaccine certificate(print out). They have separate & spacious waiting rooms for relaxing after vaccine. Hygiene is ok. But the process is very tiring for offline (direct walk-in). They make you come and go 2-3 times. So, online booking is suggested for a hassle-free process.

Don't go there only for business hospital if any pregnant lady plan for delivery my experience don't go ....very bad behaviour by Dr.

My mother Smt.Kamal Ranpise 84 year old was admitted from 13 July 2022 to 28 July 2022 for 16 days for purpose of Spain surgery , surgery conducted by Dr.Nilesh Zope , due to age factor it was risky surgery but due full faith on Dr.Prakask Kaurani we took risk and give permission. Because Dr.Kaurani had save my brother in law's life 2 time (Mr.Vijay Gaikwad) , it was really good experience , Spain surgery is successful , thanks to Dr.Zope really skillful and brilliant surgeon , very good nursing staff , dedicated mama mavashi staff , genuine billing . It was good 3rd time good experience for our family.My daughters in law Dr.Pallavi Gaikwad had suggested and refer to Surekha Criticare Hospital (Ulhas Nagar) thanks to Dr.Pallavi Gaikwad , Thanks to Dr.Prakash Kaurani and special thanks to Dr.Nilesh Zope.

My relatives was admitted in ICU. In very critical condition. He was there for 10days.. He went under Multiple Brain Surgeries. I m very Thank full to Dr.Prakash Kaurani sir & Dr.Siddheshwar Bawkar sir. They Have Really taken good care of Him. Whole Staff & Doctors are very Helpfull & On their Toes. It's the only Best Hospital with ICU care in Ulhasnagar

No doubt that the doctors are experienced and professional.But the supporting staff is pathetic.They don't have answers for any problems.Just tell you wait for 5 min and they never come back again.When doctor is on round only that time they are active. Unable to provide basic services like gyser, mosquito repellent, AC & TV remote etc in main building for special room. Not Satisfied with the service at all...

Worst hospital ever. Paid full amount for test reports yet their staff is not sharing the reports they forgot to send reports 5 min 5 min will call you back they say and never call back or share anything don’t be a fool and visit this hospital even in emergency. Went for cough and cold doctor diagnose pneumonia and made us do tuberculosis test for 3k. No correlation yet the hospital wanted to extract as much money as possible. playing with patients life is not good.
