Hospital needs more trained staff, trained Doctors who can understand the patient carefully , Security Guards & Counters. Because too Much Rush. for small small things you need to be in queue and expend full day However it's not fixed that you will get all the things done on same day you might have to come another day as well.... Government needs to look into it... And as soon as possible get this resolved. Because it's very Serious Issues..

Very bad services I think don't go away for any problem in this place too many hours to late for check up for doctors. Very very health system in Delhi I'm never go again in this place. Stay in line for hours on here, we ourselves will fall ill and no one is going to listen, why not die. The condition of ESIC in Delhi is very bad, the government should work on it, how bad is the condition of the hospital

It is very good in terms of services but the behavior of the lower staff is very rude, they don't respect while talking to any patient in spite of senior doctors nobody care about you. It is very hard when you are at the first stage but once you got the main slip to refer to the specific department they are very humble and polite. Very good for the poor and middle class people.

When I reached today around 7:15 am in emergency ward with my nephew because his elbow gone broken but there was a women doctor she denied to admit the baby and she said first change your Esic address because Nephews address belongs to Haryana how can they say in this manner that first change your address in Esic card or wait for opening of OPD ward. very worst experience

Doctors prescribe medicine without informing, zero level of these, neither do they ask about the disease, they just prescribe medicinal without asking. We take leave from the office and go to these people, taking out our time. Do we pay money every month? Do we pay so that they neither ask nor listen? They prescribe some other medicines, they prescribe medicines without telling anything, there is no responsibility.

Worst services I ever experienced, in terms of medical conditions. Every single employees here are showing there attitude its like a public don’t even matter to them. Even a doctor is not answering any single questions saying ( bahas mat lagao ) i was just asking that may i collect medicine from dispensary or not.
