gym

ago
thinking
that
it’s
a
good
gym
and
earlier
it
was,
but
recently
since
around
1
year,
members
of
the
gym
are
forced
to
take
personal
training.
The
trainers
will
straight
tell
you
that
they
won’t
help
you
with
anything
because
they’re
not
“Allowed”
to.
I
was
left
without
a
choice
and
had
to
purchase
their
1
month
PT
Session
because
I
wanted
to
work
out
in
a
proper
way,
the
trainers
are
not
too
keen
on
making
you
work
out
properly
if
you
don’t
buy
the
PT
Session
which
makes
you
think
why
you
paid
such
a
hefty
fees
to
buy
the
membership
when
you
won’t
even
know
how
to
work
out.
They
just
tell
you
to
look
at
the
Cult
fit
app
and
figure
it
out
on
your
own,
being
a
beginner
or
even
a
regular
person,
members
still
have
no
knowledge
about
using
the
machines
or
the
amount
of
weight
that
they
need
to
lift.
After
I
stopped
with
my
PT
Session,
I
went
to
the
gym
but
obviously
was
again
asked
to
take
more
sessions.
One
day
I
stopped
going
because
it’s
torturous.
I
wasted
one
year’s
membership
on
this
gym
because
of
their
monopoly.
They
know
that
they’re
the
only
gym
in
green
park
and
they
take
advantage
of
that.
they
don’t
have
on
floor
trainers,
only
Personal
Trainers,
and
those
personal
trainers
are
busy
with
their
clients.
So
who
will
make
you
work
out?
Only
money,
if
you
pay
them,
then
only
they
tell
you
how
to
work
out.
I
won’t
recommend
people
to
join
this
gym
because
Lift
Fitness
is
a
money
minded
gym,
don’t
waste
your
money
folks.
There
are
better
gyms
in
Safdarjung
and
hauz
khaz.
