Samiah Group is a hub of cheaters and fraud persons especially Sagir Khan. They took complete amount of my booked flat with their property at Rudrapur and issued me the completion letter but have not given the possession of my flat. When I visited at the site, was shocked to see that the building is still incomplete. Sagir Khan assured me in writting to handover possession of my flat but now now without handling over possession of my flat, he is absconding. I am going to file a police complaint against him and his company because he is the face of Samiah Group and I have chat history with him in which he has admitted his mistake for delay in giving possession to me. Beware, he is a fraud.

Samiah Builders is not trustworthy. They have cheated hundreds of customer's hard earned money. I am a defence personnel. I booked 1BHK in Gulmohar phase 2 in 2010 @ 4.62 lakhs. I paid approx 4.40 lakhs till 2012. After a lot of running and meeting, Sagir Khan have intent of possession letter in July 2016. When we went for possession, we were refused stating more time required. It's not easy to take refund also. God knows the money will be recovered or lost. They should be sent in jail for fraud with people.

I have bought a flat which is just on papers that they have taken 3.7 lac ..still after 4.5 years I have not received possession..they hung up phone on you because now your money is with them..they will not return the money as company policy..with not give you flat possession as market is down..make all reasons that they can in order to take more money and time. will post more review as experience with them is not fine up till now.

Cheaters, fraud, Liers thats what they are.....Its been more than 10 years now but no possession, They dont value our hard earned money at all....Fraud People...

Very Poor Management with screwed up servicing people. we have booked 2BHk apartment with Samiah builders in 2009 but its 2017 we are still waiting for possession to be handover. We are going to file complain in consumer court also but hardly i believe anybody going to take action against this builder.

don't even think to work with them, as my family is suffering just because of them. We don't have money to fulfill our daily basics needs. As they are not giving my salary of more than 11 months. And whenever I told them they just like 'de denke, but thoda time lagega'. And I told them 'Sir please atleast kuch paise de do' but they were like ki abhi nhi hai. Only just because of them, I am not able to give proper education, food, cloths to my family.

Has cheated hundreds of buyers and is now refusing to return money. Yet remains at large.

Do not trust this builder at all. They take money, do not complete the construction (Rudrapur project), do not return the money, after 8 years they gave cheque which bounced.

Pathetic and fraud builder donot deal with them or you might end up losing your hard earned money to these bunch of crooks.

Samiah are a bunch of Super Cheats. Beware never ever invest in their property.

The company is fraud and I feel cheated by the company, they have takn the money in 2014 and not returning the amount, pl don't trust the people

Samia Lake City Rudrapur is one of the worst city in India because till date the builder has not fulfilled even a single promise, only cheated me, sold the plot and shop in the mall 10 years ago, but till date they have no clue where are they..... Sold the flat as if left half unfinished.....

Pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased...that is how I would describe my building experience with Samiah Builders. From start to finish, everyone was very professional and helpful. They were so helpful in making all the minor changes I wanted in my first ever newly built home. They are a wonderful staff to work with. I highly recommend Samiah Builders to anyone wishing to build their dream home.
