El único atractivo de esta plaza son las vistas del Monasterio, especialmente las nocturnas cuando se ve iluminado. Desgraciadamente por lo demás no es un sitio que merezca la pena, ya que por ser de concentración excesiva de público no es posible disfrutar la plaza. Sobretodo porque casi siempre hay jóvenes y no tan jóvenes dando pelotazos a los balones. También no resulta agradable coincidir cuando dedican esta plaza para fines políticos o para manifestaciones musicales de dudosa calidad
