have
been
practicing
Yoga
Pilates
Darshan
System
for
many
years
and
its
psychophysical
benefits
are
more
than
notable.
We
also
practice
YogaNidra
Darshan
at
the
end
of
all
sessions,
a
guided
meditation
and
visualization
system
applied
by
Ignasi
and
Montse
(directors
of
the
center).
It
is
a
simple
meditation
that
everyone
can
do
and
that
helps
to
enter
a
state
of
deep
relaxation.

leave
classes
refreshed!
I
have
taken
the
Yoga-Pilates
Instructor
course
and
now
I
am
taking
the
Nidra
specialization
course,
a
very
complete
and
enjoyable
course
to
learn
about
and
apply
the
practice
of
Nidra,
of
which
they
are
experts
in
Darshan
(they
have
written
a
book).
In
addition,
the
center
is
beautiful,
spacious
and
comfortable
with
a
room
overlooking
a
garden,
which
makes
spending
time
in
sessions
or
training
a
very
pleasant
experience.
Professors
Montse
and
Ignasi
are
very
professional
people
with
extensive
knowledge
of
their
techniques
and
anatomy,
which
makes
the
practices
very
healthy.
