The unit had a very nice modern look and overall was comfortable. The shower however offers sporadic moments of hot water (1 min hot -》5 min cold -》followed by a few minutes of hot). The elevator was out of service for the duration of our stay (3 days and 2 nights). Being up 4 flights of stairs and having a lot of heavy luggage wasn't doing my arthritis any favors. Also our scheduled driver never showed to pick us up for our initial transport and we had to eventually get a cab after 2 hours of waiting. They will bribe you with a bottle of red wine to leave a review on trip advisor, which is fine. You do get free passes to the spa (more like a nice ish gym with a sauna and jacuzzi) staying here which I heard is nice but I did not have the opportunity to use. I give it 6/10.

Not as advertised. Booked 5th floor. They tried to put me on the 1st. They had several units available online to rent but when arrived just 1. The furniture is worn in the entry, rooms, living room and balcony. The rooftop they show off has not been used in over a year. The cushions were destroyed as well as the floor to the rooftop. I asked the gym members next door on the rooftop to confirm. This is not what you will be getting. They should lower their prices or not advertise what their units looked like 5 years ago. They are in very poor condition now.

Don't trust this place. They offer a spot initially and move you the minute you arrive to Barcelona to another spot claiming that they don't have enough rooms.

We had an enjoyable stay on the exclusive package. The location was excellent, and apartment clean and spacious. Unfortunately there was no availability for the massage which was part of our package. Despite this being offered (30 minutes for 4 persons each) as part of the booking, we were offered a very disappointing refund of 16 euros. It was very inconvenient not being able to speak to any staff onsite, and having to have conversations regarding reimbursement over email.

NO SERVICE OF ANY SORT. We called twice & spoke to cleaning staff once, but non-working items (shower, lamps, inadequate air conditioning) were not addressed. Insufficient towels, in spite of promises to provide them. Advertised every-other-day tidying never occurred. As far as we can tell, nobody but ourselves entered the apartment while we were here. There is NO managerial staff on the premises - all business must be conducted over the phone. Good location - the washer & dryer were useful!

Very helpful staff. Check in was easy. Location is great. Property is nice, clean, and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Room a bit smaller than I expected and the view from the balcony wasn't great. The door system isn't great (ask for a demo, I'm not stupid and found it tough). These issues were more than made up for by the excellent roof terrace and the access to the excellent gym just round the corner.

Rooms are modern, Very clean and comfortable. The location is one block away from tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping and public transportation.
