“So so” experience. Not terrible, but we will definitely will not repeat this location on our next visit to Barcelona. Our suite had a utilitarian design uses all the free space in the room. Making it very difficult to accommodate luggage and maintain a clear path to walk around. In-room light switches and an overhead occupancy sensor stay lit all night. So if you’re sensitive to ambient light as I am, you will have a tough time achieving uninterrupted sleep. 2 out 6 front desk personnel showed a friendly and professional demeanor. Susanna was exceptionally warm and informative upon our arrival. The rest of the front desk staff that we interacted with weren’t rude or unprofessional, they were merely “at a job”. Which is fine l, IF you’re not working in the hospitality sector. The hotel is very clean and extremely well maintained. It easy to see how the custodial staff take great pride in their work. Final judgment: Book ACB if the rates are substantially lower than a comparable, better established, location. If rates are close to one and other, look towards other hotels.

Our visit to Antiga Casa Buenavista was entirely positive from start to finish. Thanks to the hotel's central location, we were able to easily reach many sights. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely friendly and courteous staff, who were always available to make our stay as pleasant as possible and to provide us with excellent tips. The rooms at Antiga Casa Buenavista are very tastefully decorated and were always kept clean and tidy, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast impressed us every morning with its quality and variety, while the hotel's restaurant offered an excellent selection of dishes that were both tasty and qualitative. Overall, Antiga Casa Buenavista offered us a very pleasant experience that we would like to repeat. We can recommend the hotel without hesitation and look forward to our next visit.

Perfect design aimed to please and comfort, attentive and polite service. Common spaces are also designed to suit individual and group business hours. Perfect breakfast and a pleasant glass-of-wine break any time. Optimal location. No crowds, but the very centre (15 min walk to showplaces), taxi is always in front of the door. People who have designed and developed the hotel are aware of how to to make it the best way!

Absolutely loved this hotel! It is so beautiful and charming, I was so impressed by the ambiance alone. The staff was so kind and helpful. They coordinated with my partner for a week in advance of our stay to have our room decorated for my birthday. It was all decorated when we got the key and walked in. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar. Location was great and walkable to almost everything, but the metro is also right there and very easy to figure out. Overall we were very happy and will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are stylish with super comfortable beds, a great shower and bathroom, the pool area is lovely after a hot day walking around. One of our favourite things was getting the delicious hotel breakfast everyday. Would highly recommend getting that with your room. The location was perfect for exploring Barcelona by foot and there are lots of fantastic restaurants that are nearby. Having the metro so close by is a plus, too. We’d definitely recommend staying at Antiga casa Buenavista to others.

This hotel is beautiful and the service was exceptional. Such friendly, helpful people at the desk 24/7. Somehow they knew it was my partners birthday and sent some delicious brownie up to our room. The room was super clean and comfortable. Zero street noise although there was a stompy person on the floor above us one night. We will stay here again :)

It was really pleasant experience in here. The room was very clean and breakfast was tasted really good. I really enjoyed the jacuzzi in the balcony. Also the entertainment system in the room was cutting edge so you can easily watch YouTube or Netflix. Thank you for the good memory and I definitely want to revisit here someday.

I can’t stress how amazing this hotel is. From the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, to the clean and beautiful rooms, to the incredible food and staff in the restaurant, to the relaxing terrace pool. This place is incredible and the highlight of our trip to Barcelona. Location is so close to the metro/train so you can get to any of the neighborhoods, and there’s a ton of historical sights/museums within walking distance to whet your appetite. Also, there’s a nice street with a bunch of bars and restaurants a short walk away. The next time we come to Barcelona, we will absolutely be staying here. Gotta repeat this because it must be repeated always, staff is the freaking best!!!! Special shout-out to the breakfast and bar staff.

Wonderful hotel! Super friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Location is great as the nearest metro station is a mere 2 minute walk door to door. Quite a few attractions within a walkable distance.

The location and service are great. The breakfast is also very good. The room is too small for the price and the amenities are standard. The bathroom is part of the bedroom, which is certainly not a problem for solo travelers, but if there are two of you it can be annoying.
