24 Euro/ticket for adult under 30 years old, 26 Euro/ticket for adult over 30 years old. It’s a beautiful place with sophisticated architecture. Should download apps on phone to listen to church tour explanation. People have to go through a security screen before entering the church.

Plaça de la Sagrada Familia is an iconic area of Barcelona. This historic neighborhood is at the core of Barcelona’s identity. Gaudi’s fingerprints are all over the city including this plaza that looks upon this diamond known as Sagrada Familia. It’s a great place for a stroll, a small pond provides a touch of nature along with the tree lined walkways. Enjoy this charmed area as you take in one of the jewels of Catalunya.

This park faces the Passion façade of the Holy Family church. Its mostly a family oriented place and it does not have quite as dramatic a view of the church as the park on the other side.

On the other side of the sagrada Familia is the park. You can sit in the shade of the trees of this park and see the unique view of the Church of the Familia. There are also a number of small stalls where you can buy cold drinks as well as fresh fruit.

Beautiful and eye catching from the outside. We did not go inside due to long lines, every side has its charm. Worth visiting if you are in Barcelona.

A must visit to this famous unfinished architectural masterpiece. One has to be beside it to fully appreciate the design and work undertaken. This is a busy tourist attraction. Light refreshments are available at the park mixed with street traders peddling memorabilia. A visit inside will be saved for a return trip.

The church is magnificent and it is no wonder that it has been under construction for over a century. I hope it will be completed by 2026. The park by the Sagrada is beautifully arranged. Since there are many tourists, there are also many pickpockets. Careful.

Wow it's such an impressive building, unfortunately not finished yet and not free to enter for everyone. But it's absolutely stunning architecture and I am happy that buildings like this are still being made. It's a modern artistic and brave approach to create a church in an classic gothic like style.

Pretty nice park with a direct view of the famous Sagrada Familia. There are some benches and attractions for the kids. It is located right next to the notorious Antonio Gaudi cathedral. I would definitely recommend visiting the other Placa de Sagrada Familia which is located at the opposite side of the massive building.

This is the most beautiful church I have ever seen. I felt like I was in nature because of the structure of this church. The tour guide is very good at explaining and telling the stories about this place! This is very an amazing experience for me as it's my first time coming here. The price of the ticket is reasonable. I saw there are a lot of security guards all over this place, and they told us that they are making sure that everything is good, so I felt safe coming to this church. I prayed and made 3 wishes as my mom told me that when I go to a church for the first time in my life. I need to make 3 wishes, and it will come true. May you guys try it.

This park has a refreshments stand and seating with a walk through to a parallel Street. There is also a tourist information booth nearby. The view of the famous Sagrada Familia dominates the area. If you're a fan of Gaudi don't miss it at night when it's lit up. The surrounding streets have the usual souvenir type fare and there are street sellers during the day.

Obviously the main draw is the proximity to and views of the cathedral — and it delivers — but it’s also a gem of a park for people-watching, gelato-eating, and giving your kids a break to run around.

What a amazing experience to see the Sagrada Familia, in Barcelona. Actually sat out side in a cafe had a beer and people watched for 1 hour. It's such a lovely experience, you can get tickets outside to explore this amazing architecture, but I went for the visual experience. Worth the visit.

The details thought about by Gaudi and the implimentation process is truely a revolution in architecture

This beautiful ginormous cathedral is breathtaking to watch from outside. Interesting architecture still under construction Even after centuries. It's a busy spot to visit during the season. Guided tours are probably suitable for history buffs. it's still in construction under a Japanese architect. The cranes kinda kill the views from certain angles.

Gothic architecture is very interesting. Keep an eye on every corner so you don’t loose some cool details. Also get your tickets with time if you don’t want to stay in lines. We went there in January, not that much people. And have in mind, there is a lot of construction in the area, you will get a better picture from far.

It is an awe-inspiring monument. A masterpiece of modernist architecture designed by Antoni Gaudi. I love that it is easily accessible by taxi, metro and bus. It's a major tourist attraction..I visited early October and was pleasantly surprised to see cafes, the park etc surrounding the monument bustling with so much activity. I enjoyed every moment of the visit.

Did the self guided tour with audio that is available as part of the ticket. Amazing architecture and design. Self guided tour worked out great, enjoying at your own pace as well as replay at any point if u need to. Few points of advice - buy tickets in advance to skip the line, carry a very good headset (noise cancelling if possible) for the self-guided audio tour. Worth your time and expect to spend couple of hours admiring and taking in the magnitude as well as the unique architecture of this structure !

The best place in Barcelona that everyone should visit it. I was so surprised with the amazing job and good place for architect.

Amazing but crowded. Very difficult to get tickets. Expect entry prices around 26€. Or use your influence and good manors.

  • 5/5 Toby B. 11 months ago on Google
We didn't have time to visit inside. But, the outside architecture was breathtaking and it's still in construction. We can't wait to visit in 2026 when it hypothetically could be completed and get a ticket to see inside.

Fascinating building! There is so much to see and learn. I loved going up into the tower and walking down. It is very large so plan on spending at least a couple hours.

Stunning Cathedral/ Church but to go inside and see it's interior they make you purchase tickets ONLINE ONLY VIA THEIR APP,which you have to download, then try buy a slot, then find the App would not work, giving you No flipping indication of WHY it did not work, is TOTTALY Ludicrous. We tried all our 3 phones, and by the amount of people gathered outside the entrance, we where not alone. Why oh why don't they just have a Credit Card machine, like the metro, lord only know why!! A huge disappointment for us and many many of others around. Whoever is in charge of this needs to rethink this payment strategy.

Fantastic. The play of light within the building is breath taking. The architecture is unlike anything I've previously seen. I highly recommend the guided tour, not only do you find out things you wouldn't of known, but it also cuts out the queue.

Absolutely fabulous cathedral in the (also fabulous) Spanish city of Barcelona. Both of these places are in my top five favourite places to visit - I've only managed to visit them twice, which isn't nearly enough, but Barcelona is somewhat more expensive than I can afford on a regular basis. If money was more available, I'd revisit as often as I could. I love everything about them both. Superb!

Good stopover after a visit inside the Sagrada Familia. The kids will love the playground here. Perfect break between tours. There's a kiosk that sells food nearby as well.

The church itself is really worth a tour, you don't have to be religious to enjoy it, just make sure to book in advance. The audio guides are great as well for a background of the building and the meaning of it all. Gaudi had an amazing mind and this is the best manifestation of it.

  • 3/5 Terry W. 4 years ago on Google
Great and terrible! The original work completed by Gaudi is stunning and magnificent! However all of the new work is embarrassing and would make Gaudi roll over in his tomb. It looks like it should be in Las Vegas and have "Casino" written over the new work. Sad.

I really enjoyed our visit to La Sagrada Familia. I have been to a number of Gothic Cathedrals in Europe and although they are all special in their own way, this one is unique. In the scheme of things, this is actually a fairly modern structure, at least as compared to the other sites I have visited in Europe. Modern or not, the Cathedral itself and the towers are an amazing visit. I feel like this is one of the must see places in Barcelona. Yes, it is a little touristy, and yes, it can be crowded, but all sites like this really are.

(Translated by Google) According to the genius Gaudí, there are plenty of housing blocks in front of and behind the Basilica. According to Gaudi, these spaces should be squares and not build buildings. Now to see how this is solved to be able to finish the temple. (Original) Según el genio Gaudí, sobran los bloques de viviendas que hay delante y detras de la Basilica. Según Gaudi esos espacios deberían ser plazas y no construir inmuebles.
