My experience was not so nice there. There are no prices to all the products. I cant look at something and searching for 5 mins the price. However, asking for prices, the stuff there is polite and helpful.

DO NOT BUY PVC WINDOWS FROM LEROY MERLIN. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS! We paid for window replacement in March, and Leroy Merlin sent Aluminis Cervià to take measurements and perform work. However, the windows produced were much smaller. Out of five windows, four were made to fit within our existing, poorly conditioned wooden window frames from the 1960s, and they didn't bother to inform us about this! When the first three windows were installed, we immediately raised our concerns and showed Leroy Merlin photos of the issue. In response, they sent several teams to inspect. Every Leroy Merlin staff member confirmed that the only reason why the smaller windows were produced was for convenience of the Aluminis Cervià and no other reason, despite reducing our room brightness by over 30%. But that's not all. Leroy Merlin interrupted the installation, left our place in a mess for months, and treated us rudely via customer service. On one occasion, they made us wait for days because the responsible person apparently "didn't have a car" to visit us (there is a train service too). Moreover, they refuse to share the reports from their inspection teams, won't refund us, and won't fix the windows to the correct size. Eight months have passed, and Leroy Merlin's customer service continues to ignore us, offering no compromises. They persist in refusing to produce windows according to the actual size needed, deny us a refund, and insist that the poorly produced windows are our only option. Adding insult to injury, their customer service has openly lied to us multiple times and Mari, who initially assisted us, remarked, "you are not my only customers," while we endured months of inconvenience due to Leroy Merlin's measurement errors. Attempts to escalate the issue to management proved useless. A person named Raquel, who is not even a supervisor according to LinkedIn but another agent, took over and closed the case without bothering to read our correspondence. We've lost count of how many times they've lied to us, and there seems to be no way to reach someone willing to resolve this matter. We paid for window replacements, but instead, they wrapped our house in plastic, leaving old wooden frames, charged us almost 5000 EUR, and then vanished. This is the worst service and treatment we've ever experienced. Leroy Merlin scammed us. STAY AWAY!

The perfect place to pick up anything you could possibly need to enhance your dwelling place. Great underground parking but difficult to access and egress with very busy traffic, but the prices will compensate you for any inconvenience.

Horrible .. Had to wait for an hour, nobody showed up to the wood cutting section, no one could say when the guy would be arriving. I’ve never had such a bad service in a large store like le roy Merlin..

Hardware store with options for decorating and furnishing your home. They are very short on staff: 1 person in the cashier and almost one person every 10 customers in customer service. Get ready for long waiting times during checkout.

A good DIY megastore. It's not massive but covers the whole range of DIY products including furniture and it has a gardening and pool section. Timber can be cut to size and building materials can be delivered. Installation services are also available.

I always go there, half of the staff and twice as helpful as the other half ... Got helped by someone to purchase a Bbq and was super kind and helpful, went to cahiers couple of times and was tense, inexperienced and clumsy in the way they approach customers

Carlos, who works in the garden section, was very friendly, professional and helpful. I was looking for a big quantity of a specific product. He secured the ones he had and called every Leroy Merlin he could to make sure I could find the quantity I needed. I really recommend this store 👌

Very helpful and proactive staff, who really want to solve your DIY problem. Just ask them for help. Also very good return policy, so you can risk taking something home that you eventually won't need. Recommended.

I’m traveling from the USA and I wanted to find something for a garden that my aunt has and Catalina was outstanding, she was able to help me in a timely manner and was amazing at explaining what and which product is great for me! I’ve had a wonderful experience here a Leroy Merlin if you choose to visit ask for Catalina!

Terrible “Click and collect” service whereby I paid over the phone told items were in stock only to arrive, wait 30 minutes and told they weren’t. Also had fitting of ventilator fans issue (on a separate occasion) with the lighting department whereby staff were incapable of booking free fitting offer via Hogami despite 3 in person visits. No call back to sort. Customer service for this company doesn’t exist!

Great store if you just want to look... If you want service that is another matter 🙄

Fully stocked shop with lovely staff

IF you´re going to go to this store, don´t go during the day from 3p-4p as they are very low on staff at this hour and it ends up being a waiting game for the attention of overworked, stressed employees. I also wasn´t impressed by selection as at least this store fell short of a range of quality in items we were looking for - from a water heater to basic supports. Not likely to return with all the other options out there.

Awesome store literally similar to LOWES. Has a little of everything for your fixer upper or DIY's.

Huge Leroy Merlin store. The outdoor section has a really wide range and quite a few of the items on show. For the rest of the store not too many furniture items on display and built, so you have to really check the website before you go. Quite a lot of staff walking around helping. Cafe is rubbish.
