The staff here are horrendous. One of the girls working here stole my elderly mother's jacket when she tried on some clothes but we have no way to prove it. I am trying to reach the store to go over their security cameras but they are unresponsive and I am afraid I need to involve the police. We are pretty disgusted overall by this place. To be avoided.

Inditex group shop that has plenty of products for home in a good price.

Has been a bit of a challenge to find a shop assistant on the entrance level of Zara Home, who would be willing to sell home interior tonight. The sales woman literally just left when being asked to sell something. ;-) It has been such unreal and cheap behaviour to the extend that we were turning around searching for the hidden camera of this reality show… I guess the lady had had a bad day or no coaching on the job, or just got the position by circumventing the HR requirements of Zara. Anyway, we are still laughing a lot after that Zara Shopping Experience, which has been more of a Soho London Show without paying entrance tickets ;-)

I love the things they sell

Nice and delicate selection of home decor and furniture. However, everything seems to be a little overpriced compared to other similar stores, unless you can find any discounted items.

Very good designs for home decoration, price was also reasonable.

This shop is my favorite,Because they have a lot of colorful options which you can set to your home decor.The quality is good ,well the prices are not low and not high.I recommend you to take a look if you looking for beautiful,nice stuff.

Great home shop, and nice selection of different items. My mum loved the selection of cupboard/draw handles.....

Good and stylish products to affordable prices, although customer service not so good. We went to buy some silver wear and other products that marked a price and when we got to the cashier they said the price was wrong and that it was more expensive. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, even though it was their fault.

Home accessories and everything for a bedroom and bathroom available in this store. Really nice linens, towels and leather rugs. You can find this store all over Barcelona.

The guy who was at the counter on the 8th January was really rude and unprofessional as one of the glasses for the candle had a chip and when I return back and friend paid he said thank you, lady and gentleman.
