(Translated by Google) This chap is disastrous. Yesterday someone called me in the afternoon to inform me that today I had to go downstairs and pick up an urgent urine sample pot with my name. As soon as I entered the center, a woman very little trained to serve the public from reception yells at me: Where do you think you're going? Today is Saturday and no one attends, then I go to reception and politely tell him about the case even with the lack of education that I received as soon as I entered, to which the supposed health professional answers me: Here there are 300 pots of urine I don't know which one it is. I tell her that with my health card and name she should access since that is what they told me and thus be able to help me because she hasn't given me time to say good morning because the kind aunt was already shouting... To which she says with a hysterical tone that comes from another cap and that has no access to anything in this hospital. About this, I have asked him to please speak to me well and politely since it is not my fault that he has a job that he does not like and that I am also a receptionist in a medical center and even if you have to work 10 hours in a row, Saturdays or Sundays is What there is, your duty is to help and be decisive if not really I make the request to this lady to change jobs if she lacks the minimum education to attend and much more to A patient concerned about her health. In short, this is a center with very little training in both health professionals and staff. What a pity that this is the healthcare we pay for every month. Finally, he unpleasantly gave me two pots that he took without looking or asking me for my data... They should do an urgent cleaning since it is impossible to solve anything that way. There are thousands of people wanting to have a job so that they are occupied by people like that.

(Translated by Google) My 80-year-old parents went to the emergency room. They waited 2 hours and 40 minutes. My mother went to ask if they were taken into account. They were then moved to another room where they waited another 45 minutes. From there they could hear the nurses' personal laundry down the hall. They waiting and waiting. Finally a doctor appeared and told them that he could not see them because it was not his referral center. The end. (Original) Els meus pares, de 80 anys, varen acudir a urgències. Van esperar 2 hores i 40 minuts. Ells esperant i esperant. Fi.

Absolutely useless. My girlfriend has had to make countless calls to get her certificate after being told she would receive a call the day before. One day she even had to go to the office to be told the doctor wasn’t there, to be told she would receive a phone call, that of course she never received. It is genuinely incredible that this level of ineptitude exists in a supposedly modern country in 2022. An utter shambles.

Honestly, I just went for a Baja and I'm not registered here, so I thought between that and the bad reviews, I would be waiting hours. The staff were really helpful and even slowed down their speech when I asked them to so I could fully understand. I'd definitely recommend coming here, the best and most efficient CAP that I've been to so far in Barcelona.

Went there to ask for a covid test just after 7pm, I saw a nurse who asked me questions then booked me in for a test the next morning. The staff were helpful and the whole process was very quick.

(Translated by Google) I understand that nurses can take work off, but some visits have to be done by a doctor yes or no. Yesterday I was due to pharyngitis, aphonia and phlegm and the only thing he suggested was to take it off (this does not solve the problem) and ask me what I had taken other times. Today I had to go to the mutual doctor because I am much worse. This is not the service we deserve, the SS is not a free service and doctors must receive patients (Original) Entenc que les infermeres poden treure feina, però algunes visites les ha de fer un metge sí o sí.

(Translated by Google) An absolute shame. Two elevators alone and neither of them works and the staff is peeling! And how do the elderly get up? Pregnant? People with reduced mobility? It's not logical, really not. (Original) Una verguenza absoluta. Embarazadas? Personas con movilidad reducida? No es lógico, de verdad que no.

I went there with my 2 yo daughter twice. The service was very professional. All the staff was friendly. Once they pulled a tick out of my daughter's finger and second time my daughter had 39 deg fever and I needed a consult. I speak no Spanish but there was no problem to get medical attention in English.

The lady at the from desk is useless you ask her a question she's not even busy and she ignores you When she does respond she gives you an attitude like if you don't want to be there why work there ? Find another job if everything bothers you seriously don't have to be rude and be a little more empathic I will record the next experience I have with her and filing a complaint

(Translated by Google) First: it is a CAP and it has all the deficiencies of public health... I think it is more the fault of another power than theirs. Second: always to the limit of personnel... and the attention seems programmed by minutes spent when there are a lot of people, when there are few they have been attending me longer than usual, telling me that this extra time so grateful on my part is by chance d not have a waiting list. They don't answer the phone like everyone else... I don't think it's their specific fault... They have always treated me very well, even with COVID in the middle.... I say very well being aware of the state in which the Government leaves primary care... When you talk about medical negligence caused by a doctor from this CAP, I will believe the criticism.... meanwhile, go out on the street to fight with them when they request it, because lazy people are very good at criticizing from the sofa! Paz y amor

(Translated by Google) The attention of the administrative staff is indescribable, the lack of control and continuous errors. Absolute disregard for the patient is normal behavior. Any positive review of the staff of this center is simply lies and prepared. There should be a proper inspection. It is inadmissible. Spanish health has many problems but in this center the serious problem is the staff (Original) La atencion del personal administrstivo es incalificable, el descontrol y los errores continuos. (Translated by Google) A 10 for pediatric care, especially from Dr. Asier Apodaca, a great professional with a lot of empathy and attentiveness, just like his manager, a very kind young man. Also good service from the 1st floor counter, congratulations for the good attention received. (Translated by Google) I've had pain in my arm for a month and I haven't hit myself or anything that I remember. The weekend got worse, everything hurts and my hand falls asleep. I call countless times on Monday during the day to get an appointment but they don't pick up the phone. I go there in the afternoon and I explain to them, that a doctor see me and prescribe something for the pain... They tell me that it is not urgent and they give me an appointment for Wednesday... I have to use a private doctor and until The cap's doctor sees me at least he prescribes nolotil... It's a shame that paying what we pay we have to resort to private...

Super friendly staff. They have a few English speakers if you don’t know Spanish. Even if an English speaker is not available they’re very helpful (just use google translator if needed)
