😠 I was a first time "visitor" this side. Came to see the doctor at OTP - not sure what that stands for. The staff/nurses spoke in a very disrespectful tone and without clear instructions. We waited approximately 5 hours to be helped. I can only hope that the service improves.

😠 Possibly the most shocking experience I have ever had when arriving at a new destination. This place is filthy, neglected, delapidated and inhospitable. If you ever have to spend time here you have my sympathy.

👍👍 Graaff Reinet is one of the most attractive, historical, interesting, photogenic, towns in South Africa.
