What a lovely place to stay over. Rooms spacious,very clean, fully equipped and hostess very helpfully and friendly and informative. Nice and quit . Great bathroom and kitchenette.

We had a great stay at the Victorian Square Guesthouse. The rooms were clean, and it was great to have a kitchen section and large fridge. Check in and check out was very easy and quick.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Working in customer service I have very high expectations when it comes to good customer service and I have been completely blown away. What an incredible establishment. They went completely above and beyond to help me while making my booking for my team, kept me updated at every point and made arrangements without me even having to ask to accommodate our very large vehicle. My staff have just messaged me to say that the rooms are amazing and they are very happy there. Would highly recommend!

Totally unacceptable service. I tried to make a booking via safari now who's website didn't accept credit cards. I then made an EFT, informed the establishment of the issue and the fact i made a payment already. This took place at 09h15 in the morning. I then receive a notice that they don't have space due to another booking being made. I am sure they have the ability to cancel bookings if payment is pending. I find this unacceptable in terms of client service and customer satisfaction!

Had an extremely pleasant overnight stay here. Centrally located in Graaf-Reinet, close to everything you need from shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze, arrived after checkin time and every detail on access to the gate and room was arranged by the receptionist via text. Rooms are spacious, very comfortable, well kept, air conditioned and clean. Would definitely recommend the Victorian Square Guesthouse.
