Good day. I would like to give a very big compliment to the staff of Wimpy Graaff-Reinet , Iv been comming to the Wimpy for 4 months , every morning for my coffee and Farmhouse breakfast. All of the staff became my friends. Welldone

Breakfast was ok, but had better from other Wimpys before... The cherry tomatoes served were past their sell-by date. Service wasn't all too brilliant either, and waiting times were below average.

Stopped for a toasted chicken and coffee. Toasted sandwich was very dry but coffee very nice. Loved the church in the main street of Graaf Reinet :)

Granted, we stopped there over December and the place was packed, but still you expect more from a Wimpy. The fruit was off and waiters where running around missing orders. Overall still good food, but don't expect too much when it gets busy.

Waitresses not properly trained. Don't know what they're doing. Waited over an hour for food, and they only started preparing our meals after most people left out of frustration. Very poor management of this place

This wimpy has only been open for 3 weeks and it was clean and the staff was super friendly.

Ordered a take away America with hot milk. Barista filled the cup to the brim with coffee, leaving no place to add the milk. Common sense, please. Friendly service, though.

I am finding these restaurants are not consistent with their food. Many occasions, the milkshake is too weak, sweet or no sprinkle and they seem to have problems with their ice cream machine. Special will not be available. Buns are not always fresh and sometimes burgers are just thrown together. There are a few great restaurants that are consistent, like Mooi River, edenvale engine garage and carlswald center.

The ice coffee was terrible. The rest of the food was good. They aren't flexible they don't exchange the beef patty for chicken which is strange coz other steers do it. A bit of training on their staff and they need to remember that customer needs help them to improve and give a better service.

The service is AMAZING!!!? The staff... Also AMAZING. Bathrooms are the cleanest we have ever seen at a Wimpy. Would recommend over and over and over..

Super slow service. Your staff and kitchen cannot cope with holiday traffic. Waited a 1/2 hour for drinks and an hour for food. Travel this road often. Will not stop here again. Steers across the road much faster and efficient. Sad.

The food was surprisingly stunning, vene for a franchise store. Service was great. We were passing through and was a real welcome break from the road. Food was fast and great value.

This is my first ever review and its because of very bad service. We ordered in advance via phone 20mins before arrival. We immediately got a call back to confirm our order. Our order was only put through when we arrived at the restaurant. We saw there was no control in the open view kitchen and asked how long it will take to finalize our order. The respons was 15mins but we had to wait another 50mins before we got our food. Other people before us in the que had the same experience. There were no condiments or kid meal toys. Terrible service and experience!

We did not get exactly ehat we ordered (some things were left out.)The food was also cold and old. The food also did not taste good, especially the burger paties and were only edible due to the sauce on the burger. The waiter was kind and understanding. The toilets were clean but could not flush. The food was atleast quick but we did have to wait a while to be able to order even though the wimpy was not busy.

The first visit was quite good, but returning from holiday we got menus and then waited for a long time without being served. Seeing that it was less busy than the first time I couldn't see the reason. So we left.

We were welcomed & ushered in by our excellent & most friendly waiter, Christelle! She was the most friendly, kind & helpful lady anyone would wish for! She went out of her way to accommodate all of our needs! Thank you Christelle..we wish you only the best of everything for the future! May you always be Blessed!

Nice and tasty food but service was a bit slow if you want takeaway in a hurry

They close at 4 and i wasn't even in there it's a disappointment for them to close that early

Literally the entire restaurant is waiting for their food, 3tables around stood up and left. Its been 40min and we still don’t have our food.

The service was bad, the drinks took 30min to prepare, the food took another 30min and the waitor kept avoiding us as they knew they were taking too long

Been waiting a hour to get food. Manager was touching food with bare hands to see if food was right. Service was bad and it wasn't if the wimpy was busy. No one ask if everything was okay. Wimpy in Graaff-reinet will never see me again. .

I don't like making bad reviews, but here we go. We ordered in advance. What upsets me the most was that I ordered the order 30 minutes in advance via phone (thirty minutes!!) Upon arrival, they haven't even placed my order, even though a message was sent to my phone to confirm my order and order number. (???) The 2 ladies in front of me said that this is exactly what happened to them, and we are going to wait another 30 minutes for the food. I know they are busy, but I don't want to be under false pretenses. Tell me upfront that we can not take orders until you arrive in person.

Worst wimpy coffee ever. Staff friendly however.

The atmosphere is weird, the air is dirty and as soon as you walk in your throat feels dry and waiters are lazy

Service was good and friendly... the food wasn't bad but the fries were underdone and the brought onions eventhough I asked for no onions.

Was on route to George from Springfontein on Sunday 11th December. Had intended stopping at Noupoort Railway Institute Restaurant for rest and refreshments, but place was locked. Pushed on to Graaff-Reinet. Wimpy was open and were delighted with the service, atmosphere, food and overall experience. Few other establishments were open. Well done Wimpy!

Great for a breakfast. Always busy so you know it's good value.

Absolutely NO GO!! No manager on duty. Ladies bathroom untidy. Cant believe what I saw. No service! Cashier and waiters huge attitude.

Shocking. Not only was the place dirty but also the waitresses uniforms. Owner couldn't care less as he was closing in 2 weeks. Ghastly food and experience.

Poor service. The restaurant quarter full. Coffee took 20 minutes to arrive after being reminded. Food arrived ice cold. On asking to have it warmed our waitress took it and handed to another assistant to warm without a word said or apology. Training urgently needed here
