Excellent restaurant, great meals, careful service

My husband and I are from Australia and came here on our last night in Bordeaux and it was fantastic. The food is French with Japanese influence and it was 5 stars! The staff were incredibly friendly. Our waiter spoke little English but tried so hard to explain the dishes to us and did so well. We highly recommend! This is a very special restaurant with a very personal touch. Absolutely delicious!

Absolutely fantastic meal. Didn’t have a reservation were able to get a table looking over the kitchen last minute. Small intimate restaurant. Excellent service, amazing food, lovely wine. Lovely staff. Would absolutely come back.

Excellent food. French style with a Japanese twist.

Came here on a Saturday night without reservation. The staff were very welcoming and offered us a couple of options to be seated nonetheless. We ordered the small menu which was absolutely wonderful. Every mouthful was like a culinary journey between France and Japan. Throughout the meal out waiter was very attentive and checked in on us a couple of times. I would to come again, anytime!

Wonderful place, delicious food, great service, they take care of every detail, they even have a wooden box close to the table so the women can put they bag in, instead of putting on the floor.

An amazing find. The staff is super friendly and polite. I am always wary of 5-course meals but I didn't need to worry here. Portions were perfect and for the quality and ingenuity of the plates, the price was well worth it. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful food in a very nice setting - we felt like as if stopping by at a friend’s home for a delicious meal. The chef serves the guests himself and cooks in an open kitchen. All our dishes were delicious. Thank you!

Intimate dinner, served by the chef himself. Exquisite French Japanese influenced dishes. The Nori wrapped cod fish and the mushroom blood pudding iterations were amazing.
