My
friends
and
I
decided
to
visit
Bordeaux
for
a
few
days,
before
our
visit,
I
have
discovered
Rest'O
however,
I
knew
it
would
be
closed
on
our
first
3
days
Sunday
Monday
and
Tuesday,
I
have
read
reviews
that
it
was
recommended
to
book
a
table
in
person
so,
on
Wednesday
morning
after
checking
out
of
our
apartment,
we
drove
to
Quai
de
bacalan
with
the
help
of
Google
maps,
on
arrival
it
was
15
minutes
before
opening,
fortunately
the
door
was
open
so
I
went
in,
I
can
see
the
chef
was
busy
preparing
and
a
very
nice
Japanese
lady
standing
there
trying
to
finish
her
meal
before
I
interrupted,
"so
sorry".
She
kindly
reserved
a
table
for
the
5
of
us,
a
few
minutes
after
we
sat
down
the
chef
came
over
and
explain
to
us
that
everything
would
be
prepared
fresh
and
wanted
to
create
something
special
for
us
because
he
doesn't
want
us
to
choose
a
vegetarian
lasagna.
By
the
time
our
meals
arrived,
the
20
cover
restaurant
was
full
and
we
were
so
lucky
to
be
the
first
one
there.
Afterwards
the
chef
came
over
to
ask
if
everything
was
alright
and
I
told
him
that
it
was
magnificent
and
asked
to
have
a
photo
with
him
to
which
he
agreed.
Overall
the
best
vegetarian
meals
I've
tasted,
highly
recommended.
