Definitely one of my favourite pizza restaurants! I never thought I could like the crust of the pizza so much. When I saw the photos online, I thought the crust would be quite thick and too much. But it was so thin and crunchy, just perfect. We ordered something off the menu because we were told about it. So simple but sooo good. With local ingredients too. The service is also excellent, which makes the whole experience so much better. Mariana is such an angel. Thank you once again for the amazing dinner!

The absolute best pizza I have had in my life. And I had a lot of pizza. I was in search of the best. Never expected to find it in Matera. Mouth watering. Fresh ingredients bursting with flavour. I asked for extra cheese. So glad I did. As for atmosphere, you are in Matera, doesn’t get any better. I had a little chat with the owner. She is so passionate about what they do. I hope one day they are worldwide 💗

If you want to have a pizza with local ingredients, this is the place to go. I had this pizza with local mushroom, and it was so delicious and I think that’s more than casual pizza but “real food”. Also service was excellent! This place was very busy during lunch time and I had to wait a bit until pizza comes(which was still worth for it), but they kept great quality of service until the lunchtime ends. So professional!

Formagio, a delightful mix of cheeses was complimented by a spicy sausage and ever so sweet roasted tomatos. Crust was amazing, spongy yet light and crispy. Napoli without cheese was a bit salty with anchovies and capers unfortunately but the crust was great. Loved the Rosa, very smooth, not dry at all.

Best Pizza in Matera and among the best ones I have ever tried!!! The personnel is highly qualified and professional, the first product for pizzas are of very fine quality, and the selection of beers is excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for a great meal at a decent value!!!!

Great Puccia with excellent vegetarian options. Quick and delightful lunch in Matera, and the owner is super friendly and nice. Great value-for-money, definitely worth visiting!

I tasted buffalina, pumpkin and white pizzas, puccia vegeteriana, and cheese cake. All these dishes are so delicious and wonderful. I strongly recommend this restaurant for excellent flavors, good prices and nice staff. Special thanks to Mariana for offering the wonderful cheesecake and local liquor.

Simply beautiful pizza. The vegetarian pizza is very special. Unlike anything I have ever tasted before. Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of its exterior. This is Italy at its best. Even if you are a meat eater get the vegetarian pizza. And yes the wine is excellent. I am picky about my wine but again they only have two wines which are excellent for the price. You must go here!!!!

Wow! Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had in my entire life! (And I’ve had good pizza!). We were hesitant to come since it’s in the major touristy street but don’t miss out! The pizzas are very reasonably priced and got served straight out of the oven. Delicious flavor, perfectly cooked dough, and very friendly staff. Vegetation options available. Careful with the Nduja pizza as it was very spicy even for a Mexican! (But tasty)

Delicious food. We loved puccia and pizza that we orderd. The waitress recommended us Labellum red wine and it was a good choice. We will come again.

Well, I can say I definitely agree that this pizzeria is the best, if not one of the best pizzerias in Matera. The pizza we ordered - 4 seasons and ham and mushroom - were incredibly delicious and the best pizza I have tasted in a very long while. The base is thin but layered with ham, not just squares of ham like other takeaway pizzas. Anyway, this place is very popular with locals and foodie hunters so we were not disappointed. Top rated and may they remain so for a long time.

Ordered mixed salad for 7.50 euros and lemonade for 2.50 euros. Tastes good and felt full afterwards. Will recommend this restaurant without reservations.

A cute street food shop with a good selection of 0km foods. The prices are very low, especially for the grilled sandwiches. I got the sweet salami one which was very good and quite big for such a small price tag ( less than 3€ )

Fantastic spot for lunch with delicious, freshly made sandwiches. The young lady who served us spoke English and was exceptionally helpful in recommending various options. Highly recommend.

Nice people, nice place, superior food. I entered to eat some pizza but something else proposed by the waiter. I don't remember the name of food but I can tell it was super delicious and fresh. Five stars+, they even prepared something non-existing n the menu for the kids. I recommend for everybody and remember, nobody makes pizza in Matera in the morning :-)

Normally I don’t like to eat Pizza because I cannot eat Cheese. But they made one vegan Pizza without cheese, and it’s much more than I really expected, so delicious 😋 We really enjoyed our pizza here. The ladies are also very friendly. The price is quite cheap, less than 10euro . Definitely recommended for everyone.

Superb service, very well informed servers, extremely warm and welcoming. Food-simple yet delicious paired with the right wine.

We ordered 2 sandwiches. For a price of 19€. It was amazing delicious. I love this bread. It's tasty, crunchy and with not that much bread inside.

Cool place with great Pizza and great Schiacciatina. Sadly they had no Pucce and this evening.

Friendly staff and very refreshing and tasty food!

We stopped in later in the evening and we very warmly greeted immediately. A table was made ready, we were well advised on an excellent local wine of the region, and ordered pizza. Both of the pizzas were outstanding! The Naples pizza was full of big flavor, anchovy heavy, and the Buffalina was full of delicious mozzarella di buffalo (sp?). The real stand out however is the dough, cold fermented for 48 hours, cooked perfectly, puffy and light. I try to make my own dough, and have never got anywhere near this quality. Highly recommended.

Very friendly service. The table charge however is not justified, the puccia we ordered was good but not worth the price. If we have known about the coperto we would have ordered the puccia to take out as there were no cutleries nor napkins on the table.

Got here on a Friday night and had the Leccian Pucce/stuffed sandwiches with vegetables and cheese. Large portions, options to take away smaller portions and friendly staff. Got local wine recommendations from Grazia and had a fantastic evening. Thanks.
