I am new to cross fit. I love the space and the facilities.

Crossfit is actually really fun. Had my doubts, but I joined two weeks ago and have loved it. You can work at your own pace and as longing you are moving they are happy. The coaches are friendly and attentive and will help you if you are doing an exercise wrong, or your technique is wrong. The space is lovely and open and there is lots of available equipment and space to workout. They have showers and toilets on the premises. Join crossfit, you won't be sorry.

Super helpful and knowledgeable coaches with great exercise programmes. Sign up and get home work-out programs as well. Great for beginners and advance athletes to get that overall training.

Fun, friendly and encouraging vibe and a really nice community of members. Great coaches, a well-equipped and spotlessly clean and attractive "Box" with fantastic showers (big bonus!). The work-outs are gruelling but I always leave with a smile and look forward to coming back.

Lovely people make it a fun place to exercise.

As a socalled elderly citizen , I laud the caring approach by the Fitnessbox in running a special 'Silver' group catering for the aged, the injured, lame (alas, not the lazy!)
