Most unprofessional service half an hour later than my appointment . First they coulnt get my name.. which was only written lady. Truly the worst experience with any hairstylist

What a lovely salon. Plenty of laughter and chatting and ultimately a great experience. They are magic when it comes to hair colour; styling; nails.... the best!

I've heard very good things about Salon Gavroche so maybe I just had an unlucky day, but I came in for a slight trim to my ends and a layer, and left with a lot of length being cut off (after having asked for minimal length) and no layers, with the hair all being cut in a flat, square shape. Very unhappy about my requests being ignored.

Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, they were so patient while explaining to me all about the treatment and which options I can take for my hair.
