I mistakenly bought a meal online with them instead of peppergrove mall, Called the store a guy Named Mr M Mona was a great help He humbly arrange a delivery for My son. Best service. Big up Mr Mona please keep up the good work.

There is no drive-thru here. It is a large KFC. Very busy when I was there on a Wed night 7:30.

Used the drive through during load shedding and very impressed with the you g man taking the orders from the cars inline to speed yyhe process.. The staff were very friendly and engaging The good ordered was the normal KFC fair

Shoprite Mall, Beaufort Str, Sunnyside, Makhanda We were on our way from Cape Town to East London to visit my daughter. We were in a bit of a hurry and decided to get some Kentucky fried chicken. I was concerned that we would be wasting time at this KFC as there is no drive-thru but to my surprise my husband returned a few minutes later with our purchases. The chicken was hot and delicious as well as the chips👌

Waiting time for my food was longer and orders made after mine came first

We waited for our food for an hour and once we got it they forgot to add some items which we waited another 20 minutes for. People who ordered after us got their meal way before us. Rather go through the drive through, you'll have better luck being served first.
