Consistently sends me the wrong pizza. It’s generally cold and late too. They’re difficult to contact when mistakes are made. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got this.

Pizzas are amazing. There are many variants, and I like the half-half option. Chocolate pudding tastes fantastic. We called it lava cake in my country, but this feel more taste. I usually make online orders, and they are normally prepared within 20 to 30 minutes. However, last time it took more than an hour. Highly recommended for pizza.

Ordered online thinking it would be faster. Placed my order at 20:05 and went into the restaurant at 20:30 assuming it was done. Its now 20:45 and my pizza is still not ready. How can it take half an hour to make a small pizza? When I asked why orders placed long after mine are going out I was just told "this thing didn't print" and I'm supposed to just accept this incompetence. Rubbish service I won't be back.

An update of my previous rating. Service is worse than ever and the blasé attitude of staff and manager are awful. If I could give negative stars, I would. Waited over an hour for an online order, after calling to confirm the order went through with no issue. Was told 15 minutes. Arrived and was told another 15min. Went back 30min later and was told another 15min. Previous review:Online order, went to collect after 30 mins only to be told that there was a problem with the system so the order only went through when I went to collect.

Their Pizza is like all debonairs pizzas nothing special,they apparently make their pizzas from scratch so they always take such a long time. I did not like that the stuff gathered at the front next to the tills and made such a huge noise.

I ordered cheezy potato shotz and cold drink at 20:05 and it is now 22:09. This is something that takes less than 15 minutes to make and I am still waiting for my delivery. It has been over 2 hours! This is absolutely ridiculous! I will never order anything from Debonairs again.

Guys! Grahamstown is Poooooooo… cough…. Cold. I’m sitting here waiting for my Debonairs when I notice some mist. Turns out it’s me exhaling. I was like dude, in a building and this? I was so shocked. Anyway, the pizza was good. Hot, but not hot enough for this crazy weather.

I made an online order at 20:07 and only got a call from the delivery guy at 22:45 confirming my address. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told he will get back to me with a different number and that was the last time I had any communication about my order. I was so upset and I was not willing to pay the full price for such a poor service. Something has to be done about this.

Poor service, ordered online from 18:17 now it 21:00 yet haven't received my order. Last time I ordered same thing happened and I received smashed up pizza that was sticking on the box it was a mess to be precise. I would rate it negative 5 stars. So disappointed.
