I’m staying here for a leadership week as a write this and I am so disappointed. I have had to clean my room myself, the extra blanket I found in the room smells so bad I can’t even use it. My sheets have not been changed at all since I’ve been here. . The room is cold and the aircon is just loud but doesn’t warm up. The extractor fan is constantly on very loud. I would not come back here even if someone paid me to

Good facilities and magnificent customer service from staff but food was a bit below expectations. Overall I enjoyed being there

The staff are fantastic. The rooms require some attention, the extractor fan was excessively loud, the carpets need cleaning as do the shower floors.

Service at the restaurant is bad, the waiting... for placing your order..... for your food..... and for the bill, the first night we just up and left. They had to bring the bill into our rooms. Did not enjoy my meals

It was quite good. They were very accommodating of my changes. The room was clean and comfortable. And, although I had a long stay, when they cleaned they tried not to be intrusive and touch my stuff too much. The staff was kind and friendly. I just wished they had a better restaurant.

Went to Arts Festival show in the venue,was very nice,with seating for 100 people.

The best hotel experience. My journey to Grahamstowm was super awesome because of the stay at the hotel. Perfect meals and super clean
