Bad way of running business, rooms are outdated. You have to buy towels in order to use them. Showers have no place to store soaps whilst you using them. I will never put my foot in that place again. No service at all. No ironing is allowed whilst you in the room. It's a no no

Great spot but could do with some updating. The pool area is beautiful and clean perfect for summer days. Plenty of seating for social visits. It can also accommodate large groups.

Not organized . Expensive and not a place for anyone to sleep. Units smelly and under equipped. Management not up to standards. Will not even let a stray animal sleep in such conditions

The staff is not always helpful around the time when it starts to get dark by the swimming pool. We had to walk(in the dark) to the reception to request for the lights to be switched on and had to wait 5 more minutes for the lights to turn on.

It's great for staying over for a few nights, particularly during festival time as it is not far out from Grahamstown. It is ideally located because it's away from the hustle and bustle. Comfortable rooms and friendly reception. Reasonable prices for the rooms. There is a lovely pool on the property and scenic surroundings.

Worst place in South Africa, you pay a R1600 for a family room that has no toilet paper, no warm water, no towles nothing,( you have to walk outside and switch on the geyser at the isolater switch yourself) after switching on the switch and leaving the geyser to hole night still no warm water, the beds are sponges and you can feel the wood of the base sticking into your back, no extra blankets availible you have to beg to get extra blankets, the linnen is dirty and smells really bad, there are spiders in the shower, the water backs up when you flush the toilet or open the the tap to wash your hands, no coffe or anything for the next morning, you also have to beg for that, way to expensive for the quality you get, not even worth one star, wont suggest this place to any body.

Unfortunately not a comfortable place at all, why switch off the geyser whilst there are guests, cold water in a cold weather, lucky me hey, no wifi in the rooms, poor poor service indeed...

👍 We had a one night stop on our way to a safari. We realised too late we could have stayed here and they would have arranged safari trips for us. Perhaps next time. The room was simple but very clean and had all amenities. We were very well looked after by Xolelwa and Nandie with a delicious dinner...
