Umzi Guest House has exceptional service. It feels like home away from home. My long weekend has been great due to my stay at this lovely guest house. Great staff, rooms are clean and beautiful. I am definitely coming back.

After being stuck in other horrible accommodation, these guys went above and beyond what we expected to make our nights stay a wonderful one. Beautiful, clean room; wonderful bathroom and a stunning, comfortable bed. I highly recommend Umzi Guest House to anyone looking for a quality place to stay. Well done guys!

Had a warm welcome and a great stay. The rooms are clean with a beautiful African touch. The place is convenient, especially if you don't have your own transport. It's right by the road side.

I had an astonishing weekend stay at this premise. Excellent service and very much friendly. Well organized, clean, secure parking, close to shopping center and main routes, affordable. Breakfast on request. I'm definitely coming back and I highly recommend it for your stay in GHT.

What a terrible experience! We booked for two persons @ R650 and was told we can go in at 10H00. When we came there the room was not ready and we must come back at 11H00. At 11 we were told to come back at 12H00 or take a room for R750. They told us they only take cash and we must go and draw money at the garage next door. Needless to say we left that unsafe neighborhood asap

The service received at Umzi Guest House was exceptional, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Rooms are nice, neat and spacious and the linen was clean and fresh. Umzi is definitely a home away from home, I'll definitely visit again when in Grahamstown.

Had an amazing experience at Umzi guest house. It ticked all my boxes. The rooms looked amazing, very neat. Most of all the service was excellent, staff members are proffesional from the booking process to check out. They are also very well informed about the city which is a bonus. I am definately going back to Grahams Town for the Art Festival, and there is no prize for guessing where i will be sleeping.
