    I ordered ahead using the app and everything was correct and ready on time. In addition to a nice atmosphere inside, there’s a patio outside that looks nice for good weather times and gives the Plaza vibe.

    I was on the Plaza feeling a bit famished. Sans the normal disposable income I need something cheap but delicious. I walked in and was hard pressed to get help. The employee emptying the trash receptacle did not address me as I walked in and looked around. It was almost 3 full minutes before I was asked if I was ready to order. The sandwich was not good and the salad was disappointing 😞! To wrap up my review the food and service was substantially bad. I give it 2 stars because the interior was very clean, spacious, and well lit.

    I ordered the pair up of the wreck sandwich and the loaded baked potato soup. The soup was amazing. The sandwich was good. However I was not expecting the bread to be toasted. I would have preferred it not to be. But over all the flavor was good

    We had ordered today through the potbelly website for delivery. However we suddenly get a text from DoorDash that order has been cancelled & contact potbelly. Upon calling them the manager on duty said we ordered from DoorDash that’s what shows on her screen . she told us we will have to go & pick up food & pay again $42.13 . & kept saying that we ordered through door dash & not their fault & told us to contact DoorDash . Hello … My card clearly shows money has been charged by potbelly & not DoorDash . Probably someone stole food . Eventually they reordered food without charging & we had to go & pick up . Sandwiches were hard, little burnt . I will Never order online & never step in here , even though they fixed problem after arguments . Finally they refunded . Thank you

    I overpaid for this so called “Avo Turkey” that doesn’t even have avocado on it. Poor quality today for sure. Very disappointing. I’ll never do an online pickup order again. I wouldn’t mind the wait if I knew my order was going to be correct. Potbelly has delicious food, I also understand the need for employees.

    Had the Meatball and Tuna Salad. Great tasting sandwiches. Bread was nicely toasted, crunchy on the outside but still soft on the inside. Plenty of marinara on the Meatball and perfectly caramelized onions. Great friendly service too and the decor is nice. Would recommend.

    Ordered online for pickup, gentleman working the pickup orders was attentive and kind. However a young lady who was not only on her phone but on a actual face time call, not only said she couldn't find the order while she was taking our bag to the pickup and when asked if it was my order she literally said NO! The Geblman actually doing his job and not on a FaceTime call while on the clock did due diligence and retrieved our order she said was not ours so we could be on our way. Then to my dismay, we got the wrong desert and our sandwich was not made the way we asked and paid for in the app. Thank you to the gentleman but do better to the unprofessional young lady who thinks facetiming on the clock while being paid is cute or will sustain her.

    Came here on a busy lunch rush, and the team absolutely handled us all efficiently and with a smile on their face! Ty stands out as an exceptional group leader. Even with all the online orders and in-store orders coming in, he still managed to have a bright personality while serving everyone here and managing the traffic. Thank you to Ty and his team for making my weekend lunch a great one!

    I typically get delivery here and while it's slow, the food usually makes up for it. Today I got the wrong order and when I called in the General Manager, Rick, said he would make our order and deliver it to us. This was at noon so I specifically asked how long it would take, and he said 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I called and he hadn't left because they 'got a line'. If they'd just refunded my money the first time I wouldn't be making this review, mistakes happen. But as a GM you should know better than to make promises you can't keep during the lunch time rush.

    Ty was the best with customer service and suggestions!!! He need a raise lol Now Ricardo, I would love if you would stop playing and order more apple caramel cookies, especially for the holidays because I don’t want to come back and they’re sold out again and all the other cookies are just looking me, but I don’t want them!!! Thanks 🥰

    I liked the atmosphere. There were 3 sandwich makers. The 1st gentleman was good. The 2nd maker lady was ok, the 3rd, the cashier was indifferent and the 2nd cashier was on her phone and didn't engage me and my wife at all. We ordered 2 Avo Turkey sandwiches. The sandwiches were delicious. I noticed most of the tables had crumbs on them so I had to use napkins to clean a table for me and my wife to eat.

    Ordered for delivery for a business meeting the next day. Food never arrived. I called the store and they said someone would need to pick it up because they didn't have delivery drivers today. No one contacted us to let us know.
