We bought a freezer from here. The people in the shop were very polite and helpful, the guy in there speaks good English too. It was ordered and delivered to our property in the Frigiliana Campo on Thursday morning. It was a tall upright freezer that had to go down a flight of stairs to its resting place. The delivery men were really good, unpacked it, put it into place without any issue and took all the packaging away. Prices are competitive too. A really great customer experience from start to finish. I cannot rate this store highly enough.

We bought an induction hob from this company paid extra for fitting, the hob became faulty after 6 months, engineer came out and said it had been fit wrongly. All downhill from there customer service shocking would never use this company again. They denied responsibility for incorrect fitting refused us the complaints book 😡

Highly recommended. Excellent friendly service. Our fridge freezer broke and we were able to get s new one delivered on the same day. They didn’t charge for delivery, brought the new one in to our flat and took away the old one.

Bought a TV from the Nerja shop. Price compared with larger stores. It was delivered and installed the next day.for a small fee.The delivery men were very professional . Superb 5 star service.Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this store again.
