I showed up for my paid appointment (booked directly through their website a month ago) and they had erased my reservation and were unable to accommodate me at all. While the man was very apologetic and did end up refunding me, he said they knew there was an issue with their site listing reservations as unpaid - which could have easily been fixed if they had cross referenced their bookings with payments or had any sort of follow up. 👎👎👎 So, I cannot comment on the spa itself but the experience was extremely disappointing and I would advise anyone to double and triple check their reservations even if you have a paid receipt, confirmation email, and the money has been already removed from your account. Boooooooooo!!!!!!!!

Not touristy, authentic hammam experience! Such a relaxing and peaceful experience, with staff who speak Spanish and English seamlessly. We did the 90 minute booking with 30 minute massage and found it was just right. You do a steamy circuit of three pools (cold-warm-hot) to relax and detoxify, enjoy water and fruit, the massage, and a tray of tea and sweets. The "public" setting was 6 people maximum in the locker room and main hammam area, with lovely soft lighting, super clean facility, and wonderful service. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience! The staff was super friendly especially Natalia who made our experience extra relaxing and nice. We did the private couples bath which included a steam room and clay treatment, soak in the bath, tea and fruit. It was lovely! We ended it with 30 minute massages. It was truly a wonderful 90-minute experience. Would highly recommend!

Visited here this afternoon with my partner was such a nice experience, we basically had the public baths to ourselves which was lovely. Maria was so helpful and made sure we had an enjoyable experience. We went for the 15 minute massage which was done with essential oils and then went for some lemon and mint tea, tea came with snacks and fruit and again was lovely- would recommend this place to people looking for an affordable baths experience.

I'm leaving a review because something ridiculous happened. When I came out, they gave me the scrub towel I used. Is that the one they originally gave to guest? If not, I would be in a very bad mood. You indirectly told me to take the stuff I used because it was dirty. When I first called, I made a reservation for a private room for 58 euros thanks to the kindness of the receptionist. The woman who helped me must have been frustrated because I didn't understand, so she got irritated later and I liked the massage, so I paid 10 euros more for a 30-minute extension, but when I left, I saw that she was leaving with the woman who came in at the same time. If that's the case, why did you charge extra? If you don't want to give me a massage, you shouldn't have told me in the first place that it would be extra. A gift?which you gave me Uploading

A wonderful experience. We went there at 18h and there was no one. The public bath was feeling like private for the whole 1h30. Excellent sense of service and great tea and little sweets. Totally enjoyed the experience !

Fuí con mi pareja por las buenas críticas que había leído sobre el lugar. Contratamos la sala privada con masaje y fué una decepción total. Nos atendió un chico que insistia mucho que en la sala privada nos dejaramos llevar, que nos quitaramos los bañadores para estar más cómodos y no nos importara si entraba el personal o no porque estaban acostumbrados a ver de todo. Cuando.llegó el.momento del masaje vinieron dos chicos a hacernos el masaje y me violentó mucho que siguieran insistiendo en que me quitara el bañador, no me hicieron sentir cómoda y ni a mi marido ni a mi nos gustó el masaje. El de mi marido tenía las manos muy rugosas lo cuál no era agradable al tacto y el mío se notaba que lo hacía a desgana y solo era pasar las manos por la piel. Personalmente una decepción.

This was the first time for both me and my wife to go to a bath house. This was a great way of spending a vacation. They first started with an oil massage and then introduced us to three pools. One cold, one hot, and one warm. They give details along the way. They showed us to our private rooms and asked us what kind of refreshments we would like. We ordered the Moroccan sweet green tea with mint. There are also a sauna, and they provide the soap and luffas to help enjoy your time. Relax and do nothing.

Todo en este sitio esta hecho y dedicado a la relajación. Prácticamente no tienes que hacer nada, los funcionarios del establecimiento te llevan de la mano por todo el espacio y te miman como si fueras un niño. El masaje es espectacular, te convidan con tes, pastas y frutas durante el baño. Prácticamente entrar aqui, es flotar en una nube hasta la hora de salir.

Amazing place, very friendly and accommodating staff. Online showed no availability for the date I wanted but via email managed to arrange an appointment. Go with an open mind, the place doesn't advertise itself as a Turkish bath so it's unfair to assume it is. The atmosphere is relaxing, the baths are relaxing and went for the full body massage: left chilled out and with no muscle pains! Would return again, and I would recommend to others.

Hicimos el ritual Granada espectacular! La sensación de disfrutar de un masaje con arcilla es algo increíble, conseguí relajarme hasta tal punto de no saber dónde estaba. Sus zonas comunes son tranquilas, intentan siempre que hayan dos grupos de dos o tres personas para no sentirte masificado y conseguir así, una relajación plena. Sus salas privadas preciosas y muy bien ambientadas, sin duda seguiremos visitándolo porque se ha convertido en un lugar de parada obligatoria cada año. Recomendado 100%

This was our pamper experience and was much needed the day after our tour of the Alhambra. Nice and private, lovely service and good value. Would definitely do again. We had checked other hammams and spas and reviews suggested they were very busy. This is a place for peaceful relaxation. Baths and a massage for €45 each was great value. The staff are very friendly and professional. I recommend to book ahead and do so directly with the spa.

Just an all round great experience! I took the Ritual Granada and was more relaxing than expected. It being a private circuit you have a large private room with a Turkish steambath and regular bath at you disposal. You can also use the communal baths (cold , medium , warm). The masseur Carlo was very good, took his time and showed dedication. I also had to communicate certain things in advance, like getting a male masseur, and that communication went smoothly. All in all a great few hours, and the black tea with cinnamon was delectable!

Can’t fault it. Staff were lovely. The pools were great with varying temperatures. The private room we had was very cute and the massages too were excellent. All round, great.

This is a miserable place with continuously reused water and a fetid smell.İ hope I didn't catch any bacteria! Very low quality staff, who will keep "explaining" to you 15 minutes before they allow you to begin the circuit (taken of your time) and take the locker key from you pretexting you might lose it !! Besides, the place is small and ugly, it is definitely worth paying the difference and going to the big hammam in Calle Santa Anna! It was a miserable experience!

Went here for my girlfriends birthday, and we absolutely loved this place. We chose this one over another main one in Granada due to the customer service. Carlos was a wealth of knowledge and was very patient with us to understand the different packages and the process itself. The baths themselves were great with a quiet and peaceful ambience retaining the old Arabic architecture. We also got a private room and massage. The ladies made us extremely comfortable through the whole process. Highly recommend this place!

Acudimos el día 2 de Julio, mi marido y yo, por regalo de Aniversario que nos hizo nuestra hija. Sí en esta vida nos debemos dar un respiro, éste es el lugar adecuado. No tenemos palabras que definan la estupenda experiencia que vivimos,nos sentimos totalmente cuidados y atendidos por cada una de las personas que forman el personal. Empezando por Juan Carlos al pedir día de cita, ajustándose a nuestras necesidades. Mencionando a Luis que fue nuestro anfitrion,q nos explicó todo con detalle y también fue la persona que me dio un masaje excelente realizado con profesionalidad. Después 3 piscinas de diferentes temperaturas donde llegar al relax máximo. Infinitos y cuidados detalles que te ofrecen y marcan la diferencia desde el minuto uno,fruta,agua fresquita y tomarse un té, riquísimo con dulces árabes, preparado con la mayor delicadeza mientras disfrutas de ese momento en el agua. Y de nuevo informándote del ritual. En fin, personal de 10. Estuvimos casi solos, porque cuidan mucho el aforo,que se agradece, para sentirte aun con más bienestar. Instalaciones preciosas, limpias, cuidadas al máximo y un ambiente que llena tus sentidos. Una inmersión en la historia que merece la pena repetir y seguro haremos.

Lovely place with even nicer staff. Luckily we had the place almost to our selves. Went for the private room which was great - teas waters fruit treats. Salt rub. Then very good massage. All in all a fabulous way to spend a couple of hours.

La mejor experiencia sin duda alguna. Laura, la guía, te acompaña en todo el proceso y explica todo el recorrido a la perfección siempre con una sonrisa. Estuvo atenta a nosotros en todo momento. Los baños árabes cuentan con una piscina de agua fría, otra de agua caliente y una de agua templada. Teníamos sala privada y se encargó de traernos varios tipos de te y dulces árabes. Nos explicó todo lo que incluía la sala privada: baño turco y exfoliación con aceites especiales. Por último nos dio un masaje de 15 minutos que no olvidaremos nunca, gracias a ella y a la encantadora Marila, que me dejó como nueva. Al terminar la sesión pudimos darnos una ducha y cerrar el circuito tan completo que experimentamos ( los baños de las mujeres están súper bien equipados con secador y productos de primera necesidad, tampones, compresas, etc). A la salida nos regalaron las esponjas utilizadas. Ha sido una experiencia para repetir sin duda, el personal dio un trato impecable. Mil gracias por todo, nos vemos pronto.

Lo recomiendo 100%. Fuimos 6 y nos pusieron de forma que estábamos solos. Un trato de 10, muy profesionales y amables. En cuanto a las instalaciones son tan acogedoras que por momentos pierdes la noción del tiempo.

Ha sido una experiencia nueva para nosotras, íbamos dos. Fuimos a una hora temprana por lo que no había mucha gente y hemos estado prácticamente solas. Nos esperábamos unas pocas piscinas y el masaje que venía incluido pero la atención y todo el trato recibido ha sido increíble. El personal es muy amable y atento. Recomendamos mucho el lugar.

We really enjoyed our time here and relaxed but the only thing we found bit of a hassle was the small changing room with lockers and the showers were in the same place. The lockers were crowded and it took us time to get dressed and undress since many people were using the small area at the same time. Very friendly staff and attentive. I’d visit again to try more of their services for sure!

Fantastic experience and great staff. We only wished the time we had was longer. We went for the full package and enjoyed the 3 shared pools and the relaxed environment of having a private room with the steam room and private pool. Between the exfoliation, mud treatment and oil massage we left feeling incredibly relaxed and with soft skin. We even got to keep the exfoliation mit!

We chose the private option and would definitely do this again. Indescribably wonderful. Felt like a queen. Charming and very patient and caring staff take you through the whole process. Extraordinary ambience created by music and lighting. We had three plunge pools, a steam room and hot bath, massage, tea, fresh fruit, Arab sweetmeats - all to ourselves. And some bubbly for my birthday. Couldn't fault the experience.

I was there today with my niece. I am disappointed. This is not a Turkish Hammam If you know what a Turkish Hammam is you will be disappointed. This is a spar. Massagem not very good either. I only reason I gave this place 2 star Is because of the building . It is a nice building,but nothing else. Sorry Guys this is not a Hammam

De todos los Hamman que estado este el que más me ha gustado. Desde que empiezas el circuito. Te explican todo genial. Mi bono incluía el ritual Granada en sala privada. Cuidan cada detalle. Ofrecen fruta fresca, jarra de agua fría. Después un té con pastelitos. Las chicas de lo más atentas .. me tocó Natalia, excelente masajista, me explicó super bien todo el ritual siempre con una sonrisa ...una experiencia única... volveré sin duda. One of the best experiences of my life, took my parents and me as a group of 3 for the 'Abu Said' experience and it was one of my best decisions in my life. We all loved every second of it and were treated extreamly well. The place was clean, cozy, and staff were very kind and helpful. I would visit Spain again in the future just for this place alone. Thank you Al-Haram Hammam staff for this amazing experience.
