Well,
I
left
with
a
bad
taste
in
my
mouth
and
I
do
not
recommend
anyone
entering
places
like
this
and
now
I
am
telling
my
experience;
We
all
know
that
when
you
enter
places
like
this
you
will
most
likely
leave
empty
and
losing
money
but
in
my
case
it
was
"literally"
I
went
in
with
my
wife
around
11
pm
on
a
Thursday,
I
put
some
coins
into
different
machines
and
finally
I
found
out
that
for
a
while
in
the
last
one
and
surprise
she
swallowed
a
€10
bill,
I
told
the
guy
who
works
that
the
He
turned
it
off
and
on
and
while
he
was
saying
ugh,
I
don't
understand
anything
and
when
he
turned
it
off
and
restarted
the
machine
marked
-10.00,
he
saw
the
error
(it
was
that
he
swallowed
the
bill)
but
he
said
that
he
was
not
authorized
to
give
any
money
to
anyone.
..I
told
him
to
call
his
manager
and
look
at
the
security
cameras,
which
had
one
right
behind
me.
Nothing
said
that
this
was
impossible,
I
asked
him
for
a
complaint
form
and
after
a
while
I
called
his
manager,
apparently
he
told
him
to
give
me
the
€10
so
that
I
wouldn't
complain
anymore
and

I
ask
for
anything
other
than
my
money
I
told
him
that
I
wanted
to
continue
playing
and
he
told
me
that
I
couldn't,
that
he
was
going
to
turn
off
the
machine
and
that
I
was
sorry...

see
if
I
have
been
putting
money
into
a
machine
and
we
know
that
it
has
a
cycle
and
after
leaving
money
there,
some
prize
could
be
awarded.

Well,

didn't
ask
for
the
complaint
form
again,
the
guy
didn't
know
where

go
and
he
was

nervous,
he
told

leave

name,
ID

number
so

me
and

true
that

put
in

bill
after
the

machine

me
right...

nothing
Seeing

he
was
calling
again
and

didn't
solve
anything,
I
told
him
not
to
look

further,
I
gave
him
my
€10
again
and
told
him
that
please
someone
call
me
and
give
me
explanations...
And
as
of
today,
they
haven't
called
me
or
I
know
anything
about
my
€10.
I
regret
not
putting
in
that
complaint
form
that
any
business
should
have
on
hand.
Since
I
feel
scammed
by
this
business.
I
hope
that
with
this
review
I
help
more
people
like
me
who
went
out
to
have
a
good
time.
I'm
still
waiting
for
an
"Apology"
because
the
€10
was
the
least.
You
have
to
know
how
to
serve
a
customer
and
even
more
so
give
a
simple
apology.
