A
very
beautiful
hostel
with
friendly
staff
but
I
would
probably
not
stay
here
again.
This
hostel
really
is
a
JUNGLE
so
be
prepared
for
monkeys,
spiders,
and
bugs.
We
stayed
in
the
treehouse
which
had
a
great
view
but
IMO
is
not
worth
it.
There
is
only
one
outlet
and
ours
was
on
the
corner
of
the
treehouse
which
is
directly
above
a
15
meter
drop.
I
have
no
idea
how
people
normally
charge
their
phones
but
we
had
to
ask
the
staff
for
an
extension
cord.
Also
we
contacted
the
treehouse
through
WhatsApp
and
asked
if
we
still
had
to
pay
for
the
party
if
we
were
staying
at
the
hostel
and
they
told
us
we
didn't
so
we
ended
up
booking
a
place
there.
When
we
showed
up
they
told
us
that
we
did
actually
have
to
pay.
Even
though
we
showed
them
the
message
of
them
telling
us
we
didn't
we
still
had
to
although
it
gets
discounted
to
$20.
That
was
a
little
disappointing.
The
Wi-Fi
also
only
works
at
the
bar
area.
The
bar
area
does
have
plenty
of
space
for
sitting
though
so
not
a
huge
issue,
unless
you
are
trying
to
find
a
place
to
sit
during
meals
then
it
can
be
an
issue.
The
food
at
the
hostel
is
good
but
the
time
they
serve
lunch
and
dinner
is
a
little
inconvenient.
Only
from
6
-
7
pm
for
dinner
for
example.
If
you’re
out
traveling
and
you
miss
dinner
then
you
miss
it.
Obviously
being
in
the
middle
of
the
Jungle
you
don't
have
any
other
options
of
where
you
can
eat.
We
would
reserve
our
dinner
in
advance
so
that
if
we
were
late
for
some
reason
we
still
had
food.
The
hostel
has
two
choices
of
snacks
you
can
always
pay
for
however.
Also
the
food
options
are
limited,
usually
just
a
vegetarian
and
non-vegetarian
option
for
dinner
or
sometimes
just
a
vegetarian
option.
None
of
this
is
bad,
but
like
I
said
earlier
just
a
little
inconvenient.
Also
unlike
most
other
hostels
we've
traveled
to,
Treehouse
doesn't
really
organize
anything
or
really
help
set
up
any
tours
up
besides
one
on
Friday
that's
for
the
community
that's
under
the
Treehouse.
The
most
they
will
do
is
call
you
a
cab
to
take
you
to
a
place
like
Masaya
or
Lake
Apoyo
but
they
don't
organize
any
group
trips
anywhere.
Most
hostels
in
Granada
organize
shuttles
or
tours
to
those
places
and
it's
much
easier
to
negotiate
with
taxi
drivers
in
Granada
because
you
have
plenty
of
options.
The
party
is
also
most
likely
the
best
party
you
will
get
in
Nicaragua
but
again
I
think
a
little
disappointing
to
me.
Maybe
I'm
just
used
to
raves
and
parties
in
the
US
but
with
a
$35
price
tag
I
was
expecting
more.
Also
it’s
an
actual
HIKE
to
get
to
the
hostel.
We
read
about
it
on
their
website
but
we
have
been
backpacking
all
over
so
we
figured
it
was
just
exaggeration
but
it's
true.
You
have
to
climb
up
these
uneven
stone
steps
for
about
10
minutes
before
you
even
get
to
the
reception
desk
haha.
Overall
its
just
too
inconvenient
and
not
cool
enough
for
me
so
next
time
I
would
just
stay
in
Granada.
