Initially
I
left
a
raving
review
of
my
home's
subdivision
but
since
then
I
have
had
to
change
my
rating
and
here
is
why.
The
administration
is
atrocious.
We
have
been
trying
since
we
moved
in
three
years
ago
to
get
the
paperwork
on
our
house
without
success.
It
has
been
one
lie
and
mismanagement
after
another.
They
have
literally
lied
to
our
faces
about
getting
the
deeds
to
the
house
and
adjacent
lot,
giving
us
dates
that
have
passed,
blaming
it
on
government
bureaucracy
and
ineptness
but
the
truth
is
that
it
is
New
Century
that
is
inept.
They
can't
keep
good
staff
and
while
the
first
time
I
contacted
the
owner,
Alex
de
la
Cruz,
he
did
answer,
his
reply
was
an
empty
promise
and
nothing
got
done.
Subsequent
attempts
at
contacting
him
have
gone
unanswered.
This
company
is
to
be
avoided
at
all
costs.
They
will
happily
take
your
$$
and
then
tie
up
your
paperwork
in
their
incompetent
administration
processes
that
will
take
years,
if
ever,
to
sort
out.
The
only
nice
thing
I
can
say
is
that,
because
of
the
lack
of
people
buying
into
their
subdivision,
there
is
peace
and
quiet
without
the
noise
and
annoyance
of
construction.
But
if
you
are
looking
for
peace
and
quiet
I
would
advise
to
buy
or
build
elsewhere
and
save
yourself
the
headache.
