Terrible
experience.
You
have
sent
the
wrong
material
and
have
not
accepted
a
return.

at

It
has
taken
a
while
to
post
this
post
since
until
now
there
was
no
possibility
of
posting
reviews.
After
having
sent
samples
of
tiles
that
Lamarca
agreed
to
replicate
for
the
renovation
of
a
bathroom
in
Madrid,
we
received
material
different
from
what
was
agreed
upon
due
to
type,
dimensions
and
thickness.
Even
though
Lamarca
promised
to
send
an
agency
to
collect
the
material,
no
one
ever
came
by
the
address
so
we
lost
our
money.
We
had
to
place
a
new
order
with
another
company
to
be
able
to
finish
the
renovation
of
part
of
the
bathroom
(shower
unused
for
8
months).
I
hope
that
now
you
remember
the
episode
that
shows
that
Lamarca's
after-sales
service
does
not
work.
