The worst hotel I have ever had!!!!!!!! Old!!! Dirty!!!!! The air conditioner from the 70' !!!! Recycling the breakfast!!!!! Poor old vegetable!!!! Scramble eggs with wiping cream and sugar!! ( the chef said this is the policy of the hotel, to put wiping cream to not get the eggs black!!!) They renovated just the recapion, and the rooms smiling mold!!!! The bads are moving, they have a plastic leggs, the maters are so cheap that it's just a nightmare to sleep on it!!! When we complained about the horrible food and hotel , they said.." no one is complaining " And charge us on the breakfast even when we said that we felt very sick after!!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 I will give this hotel -4* actually its not a hotel..it's a factory!!!

Good location ( 1,5km to old town) , great breakfast , silent even when you have window nearby rush road. Parking for 15€/per day. Nice reconstructed rooms, strong wifi , great staff. They have 1outside and 1inside pool , kids corner , spa (extra paid) and gym included .

Great hotel, about 20 min by walk to the cathedral.Their massage and SPA were amazing specially with Natalie 😍, they offer you a green tea in the thermal area. Rooms are spacious and have a variety of service as our guided tour to Alhambra was cancelled (by viator 😡), we spent the day in the hotel trying different activities. The kids playground is only opened in weekends.

Nice hotel right opposite a shopping center and close to the expressway. Exterior may not look fancy but the property from inside is fine. It does give a very 90s vibe. Rooms are clean and spacious. And so as bathrooms.

Good: - the reservation platform. Excellent, you can detail very well what you wan't for your stay. Bad: - Excess of people, lots of kids running and playing all aroudn in a swim suit through the hotel ayles. - Excess of Noise coming from people. - Breakfast, itself and the space to have breakfast (crowded with very little space between the tables) - Inner pool not clean, you can not see throught the water. - Room is large, but would benefit from some renovation. Pillows are not great, light coming from the windows. - Parking car access is narrow, be careful. Overall, the hotel could be great, if better managed, and reorganizing spaces and noise. On summer season it is more a kids amusement park than a pleasant hotel. The excess of people and kids constrains anything else (time to get attended, noise, breakfast quality, visit the pool, etc...) I woud understand this from a massive all-included holiday beach hotel but not for a cultural city such as Granada.

Room was okay. Paid for buffet breakfast but not allowed to take fruit or a sandwich up to my room, I've paid for it already, what difference does it make if I eat it in my room or in the breakfast hall? If you pay for a meal at a restaurant, you can take it home if you don't finish it. Not like they can restock the buffet with my left over breakfast sandwich.. instead the staff publicly shamed me for trying to take my sandwich up to the room even though I paid for it. Parking was OK and paid for. But could not leave the day I checked out. Had to go up to revalidate my ticket again. Tried to rebook another night. For one extra night the hotel tried to charge me 320euro, online I booked for 120euro. Unreal

Hotel is located very conveniently to main center- 10 min walk. Interior looks lovely with conference hotel setup and looks grand. Lunch buffet was lovely with nice spread. The Cafe had decent menu for dinner. Good parking. Staff were friendly. very close to railway station. I used the SPA- it was very disappointing. Very small, not worth the money. The jacuzzi water was luke warm, jets were okay, Steam room had no steam. Sauna was okay, very tiny and definitely not work $25.00 . Overall, not bad the stay was pleasant and comfortable for a family of 4 persons.

The hotel is well located and you have stores literally across the street. The hotel is however old and you can see that the renovation were made on top of the existing furniture. During the night you can hear noises from the other rooms ( people sleeping) and the rooms are not bright or big enough.

We stayed here during the European Summit, which meant it was very busy. It was also extremely hot, around 34C. We returned to the hotel in the early afternoon to have a swim and were amazed to discover that the pool had closed in September as that was the end of the summer! It was early October, and temperatures were typical of midsummer! There was nowhere to sit in the shade outside. Other than that we would recommend the hotel. Drinks were very reasonably priced and always available throughout the day and evening.

I stayed at this hotel one night with my wife in January. I Did not like the room. First because they had made the beds including the sofa for 4 people so I had to fold the sofa back in myself. Second because it was smelling strong urine inside the toilet. The room felt so dirty and it was so humid and bad air inside the room. Also found an underwear plastic cover taped on the bathroom wall. Breakfast was ok but not more. Service of the staff was ok but nothing special. I think this place should be 3 star and the prices should be much lower. You have to pay for the spa section even if you book through their own website. The website not good thing about this hotel is the spa which have a lovely atmosphere and you have it by yourself so that’s nice!

Staff were consistently poor. Turned off the lights of the bar when we were in the gastrobar and still having a drink without telling us it was closing. This was actually reported this to Fabian at reception after it happened but as we checked out they made an intentional effort not to ask how our stay was. The place was infested with teenagers unaccompanied by adults who were taking part in a under 15s hockey tournament: they took over all pools, cut lines at breakfast, hung around common areas playing football and consistently hotel staff made no attempt to control them or ask them to respect other guests, blame falls on the hotel for taking these guests but allocating zero resources to assist them or other paying guests. This meant we couldn’t actually use the pools, gyms or the restaurant facilities properly. There was also a 45 degrees celsius heatwave where no water was provided to guests as courtesy, instead you can pay €2.60 for a 50cl water bottle from the gastrobar. My partner actually sent an email to management before writing the review to give them a chance to resolve it and they were not interested and did not respond.

Very nice upscale hotel. I didn't stay there, but had business meetings there and it was very comfortable sitting in the lobby area. Except: THE PITFALLS: the hotel lets people stand right in front of the front door to the lobby and smoke and there is also have an ashtray there. Every time the front door opens the vacuum of the hotel sucks in all of the cigarette smoke into the lobby. Much of the time the lobby is filled with cigarette smoke and is very disgusting to try to sit in there and breathe comfortably. They should not allow smoking right in front of the door and should create a buffer, making people smoke 5 meters away. It was awful. (For a theoretically "non-smoking" space, I had to endure a second hand smoke for 2 hours.) WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND.

Cheapest and worst Hotel on my Andalusia roundtrip. 59€ for a wobbly, short and awful bed and music coming from the hallway during the night. I would skip this city altogether, as there are no better Hotels to be found in Granada and the Alhambra is overrated anyway.

We travelled with a dog that according to the policy should be on a leash and with a muzzle on. We did that but shortly after we checked in we saw literally one dog after another without muzzles on. 4* hotel should have all necessary toilet equipment which this hotel didn't. All we had was soap, shower gel, shampoo. That's all. The hair dryer is waiting for an accident. Someone should cover up the tracks of previous burnings, at least that. Bathtub, also, hazardous. Our cards didn't work at some point and we couldn't get to a room. AWFUL noise outside on the hall. We had to close door to the bedroom to be able to fall asleep. Ridiculous lighting next to the bed: you cannot switch the light on your side without switching both lights on the other side. Very small room. With a dog it's impossible to spend more than 2 nights. Dog was not able to sleep on a bed and be in a bathroom, of course but has anyone considered that dog's fur floats while its staying? Of course the fur will be everywhere. Definitely not worth 4* and the money spend. NOT PET FRIENDLY.

What happend throu the planing of this building?? The hole hotel feels like a bunker… You dont have any kind of sunshine in the hotel even in the rooms. The lobby has no kind of consept at all. I wouldnt say its a 4 star hotel more like a hostel. But the service is really nice. Tho summon all of that, I wouldnt stay again.

Stayed here last year end of May 2022 Woken up by loud protests, shouting, whistles, someone opening our door with a loud voice all before 9am. Turns out the staff were on strike, protesting outside about their pay. Spoke to reception about the inconvenience, they refused to refund anything at all Cheap hotel run by cheap people

I tried a massage at the spa while staying at the Luna Hotel. All the members of the staff there were very kind and helpful. Especially for my masseuse, Giovanna, she was immersed in what she was doing and thus did so excellent. Also, for foreign customers, she was understanding and speaking English, which is extremely rare in Spain from what i have seen so far.

My partner and I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful. Special shout out to Rocio from the front desk team who accommodated our needs accordingly. Breakfast was excellent - you couldn’t have asked for more food choices! The gym room was small but had everything one needs to work out for a couple of days. Lastly, the pool area was lovely too with a great space to sunbathe!

Breakfast was amazing. Wide choice. Fresh. Service was fine and stuff away really nice. Room was disappointing: 1. No toilet flush / sponge / thingy. 2. Not all electric outputs were not working. 3. Light switch to the bathroom was really annoying - wrong side of the door 4. Door to shower took too much space when opening and didn't satay open. Were hitting my butt when I was cleaning my feet.

(Translated by Google) Booked by agency. Very far from the historic center but we knew that. Restaurant to avoid, expensive and very average. Very friendly staff. Disappointment for the room finally small for the bed and the furniture. I agree with a criticism no change of used and wet towels, in addition one was missing. As often a shower in the slippery bathtub unusable for someone more very young. For a 4 * it is limited.

It was ok but at 3am dogs we're barking. I found an electric cable in the pool. The wifi is horrible. But the room was pretty clean. The bathroom had 1 or 2 ants but the rest was ok.

So I have this nice hotel five stars, but I dinged the room for one star. Small things, it the first is that they don’t supply hair conditioner. The shower has shampoo and bath gel in attached bottles, and the sink has an attached bottle of hand soap. There is no basket either other amenities like conditioner, mouthwash, etc. The only one I really miss is the conditioner. Second, I always use the hotel safe for my passport, spare cash, wallet overnight. The safe in the room here baffles me when I first saw it. If you look at the picture I posted I bet you have never seen one that looks like this. To use this safe, you have to first go to the front desk and say “I think my safe is broken.” The. They tell you, no, we will give you a key, and you pay a 10 Euro deposit, be sure to return the key when you leave. The key looks like the one I used to use in my grandmothers home built in 1850, it has like one tooth. I have a feeling this safe is perhaps not as secure as others I have used. Anyway, the extra hassle just to use the safe is annoying. Lots of really good experiences at the hotel, including great Sangria at the bar, good breakfast buffet, and a serviceable although not necessarily impressive hot buffet dinner. So this is a good hotel, and if it just hitched itself up by its boots it could be great. #barefootdestinations

A superb hotel within walking distance from the historical centre of Granada. Super comfortable beds, elegant decoration reminiscent of the outstanding Alhambra, polite personnel, tasty breakfast, and mouth-watering dinner. What's not to like?

High quality hotel with parking (at a charge) comfortable rooms and very good breakfast. Spa/pools were fun. Easy access to everything.

  • 4/5 Michelle F. 10 months ago on Google
The small reasons I am not giving a 5 for a rating is that the toilet flush broke down (was fixed again within 15 minutes), the key cards stopped working after 24 hours, again this was fixed very fast. The lights next to the (twin) beds were lnot independant. If one was switched off then they were all off. If one was switched on then they were all on! Other than these small things everything was good. Nice size room and good size bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast. Loved the bar! (Drinks and food). Parking underground was very convenient. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and gave very good advice about travelling to/from El Alhambra.

Dated interior, when i opened the room door, i could smell smoking + pungent odor. this is not a hotel. Soundproof is the worst. We could easily hear what they talked about, they did(sexual sound) in the next room.

  • 3/5 Bart P. 3 years ago on Google
It's OK. Check in and check out a bit chaotic, in part due to the shape and placement of the desk. Key cards not the most reliable, you have to really remove the card from the reader at the exact speed it wants. Bathroom fine but the door is made of glass: big gaps, no locking and light floods the room (which with toddlers trying to sleep can be a problem). Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable, but two single beds pushed together. The garage has 4 charging stations for electric cars and good signaling for free spots. The lifts are a bit scarce, 3 lifts are not really enough, especially with covid restrictions (having a stroller prevents us from taking the stairs).

Really nice hotel - stayed here for 2 nights of our trip. Rooms are pleasant and comfortable, decent bathrooms. Pillows too soft for my liking, but it’s personal preference. Slightly annoying to get a twin room rather than a double as expected, but not a big problem. Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about adequate. Didn’t try the restaurant as we went out each evening instead. Car parking onsite and convenient, but be aware, the entrance is very tight! Pool and terrace are nice, good place to relax after a day exploring the city, but the outdoor pool was closed for the season already which was a shame.

Have to say we expected better from such a nice looking hotel. On wanting to use to pool we were directed to an outdoor changing area and then found ourselves locked out of the pool by a family who clearly decided that they didn't want to share. The pool reception didn't offer any help or even to unlock the door for us. I had to purchase a swimming cap which I returned unused. The spa is extra, €25 per half hour, needless to say we didnt bother...The rooms are spacious with a fridge tv etc not the cleanest with several hairs in the bath. We won't be back.

I would give it 3.5 stars. Good quality price although it could use some little improvements to have a more comfortable stay, shower/bathroom check and styling. Good breakfast buffet and really good care of regulations and health measures during covid times. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Greetings Thank you for your hospitality. Generally, everything was more or less OK, personal has been quite friendly, breakfasts were excelenet, room were clean. On the other side, park in front of the hotel could be in much better shape, beleive this would quite help break the gray feeling we had from the concrete building. Also the swiming pool and the organisation arround seem to be quite poor.

A beautiful, relaxing, spacious and impeccable hotel. Very well situated for walking to the old town and for access to the many attractions of the area. The price for our seven night stay was very reasonable for such comfort and quality, and selection at breakfast. Such a large and comfortable bed! The food in the Gastrobar was excellent - the grilled sea bass was amazing; compliments to the chef. Staff in the bar were always pleasant and attentive. We found all staff throughout the hotel to be friendly and professional; delighted with the help of reception staff with my hair appointment! No iron in the room, nor supplied via reception, so bring a travel iron! Checking in and out was seamless. Overall we had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This was a great hotel! I enjoyed my stay for the most part. Some minor inconveniences such as having a sub-par mini-fridge. The paid parking was a little expensive (about 17euros/day) but other than that the room was nice, the bathroom was clean and well kept. It can be a little confusing at times moving between the buildings via elevator but after a couple times you get the hang of it. The pool was clean and had good hours. The breakfast wasn’t the best so I just went out to a cafe and pastry shop for cheaper and better options. Would recommend this hotel.

  • 4/5 Bence S. 2 years ago on Google
Everything was super clean. Breakfast was one of the best I had in a four star hotel. Staff was kind. However I only give four stars, because the walls are made of paper, you can hear everything. Also, wifi was pretty slow and was only working in the bathroom.

  • 5/5 Milena G. 2 years ago on Google
The room was comfortable; the breakfast is very good, full of options. For those travelling with children, they have a playroom (although a lot of toys are incomplete or broken; and it's very hot inside in the afternoon. But the kids liked it), and two small swimming pools: one outside and one heated. There is a garage, but it's expensive. The hotel is also relatively close to the city center, 15min walking. But it's a very big hotel and you may have to walk a lot to get to your room.

Air conditioning is not working on October 31 and November 1. This caused inconvenience to me and my family. Not to mention that the receptionist came to the room to see the problem, but the answer was that the air conditioning does not work and is now dedicated to heating!!!!!! And his lack of privacy in the place, he was speaking loudly, warning him more than once to lower his voice. This caused the family to wake up

We stayed at this hotel for four nights from the 24th of October 2021 we arrived by hire car and the parking was great secure and contactless with numberplate recognition. Hotel was very clean with housekeeping every day the breakfast was great with lots of choice. We used the indoor pool which was on the colder side but still enjoyable after hot day (You do need to wear A swimming cap to use the pool but these are available cheaply from the reception at €2 each ) The hotel staff were very helpful and polite as well as the cleaning staff. The centre of Granada is about 15 minute walk from the hotel for all the nightlife that you might need and restaurants. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would use this hotel again if we return to the area.

The air conditioning was not working properly. So it was the TV, that was not able to tune any national channels, like TV1, A3, T5, etc. The pillows were tremendously hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was mainly fine, with the exception of the orange juice, that did have nothing to do with a real orange juice.

The best hotel if you love games and adventures. The hotel has 2 buildings. Our family room was in the second building. The first time going from the reception to our room was like a labyrinth; take the elevator to the 1st floor, find the connecting hallway which is also the entrance to one of the pools, at the end take the elevator to the second floor in the second building, exit, right, right, left, etc. The way to get out of the hotel was more like an escape room. We loved it every single time! The rooms are convenient, staff is friendly, breakfast has a gazillion options to choose from and the beds are comfortable The early 80’s sand colored bathroom had all we needed and more, it felt a bit like a funhouse: the toilet was located right behind the door. Using it was only possible with the door closed. Good communication between you and your travel companions is much needed. The position of the shower cabine was right behind the bathtub, so zigzagging was the best way to get there. Oh, and one day brown water came from the tabs because the workers in the street hit a filter. That was scary at first, but almost hilarious afterwards. The gym is small, but has it all. If you’re not a regular gym goer, make sure not to book the first available session in the morning, because after picking up the key at the reception you will also have to turn on all the machines. If you don’t know how this works, you might end up running, cycling or crosstrainering with knowing how fast you’re going. Luckily I am a gym addict, so knew where all the buttons were. Tip for the hotel owner/management: a toilet brush, electric kettle, new bedside lamps, a clear/logical light plan (including less cryptical switches), stronger wifi and more than only a dozen or so Spanish tv channels will make this hotel live up to the stars you guys so proudly attached to the facade of your building! Oh, and one other thing: yes, we could have told the reception all tips above, but we only did when Coca Cola coloured water came from the tab, because after a long day hiking through the Sierra Nevada we really needed a bath. All other tips are basics and we’re not visiting a hotel to check up on things like these, but to fully relax and enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel if it has a really good offer.

Hotel is located at a busy intersection, right opposite El Corte Ingles which is a large department store with a big supermarket. Lots of other stores and halal eateries just a short walk away. Rooms were clean, bathrooms have italian style bidet. Breakfast buffet spread is extensive. They also have buffet dinner (€18 for adults). Small gym onsite but a large gym just next door. Indoor pool and spa + massage services available. However, the rooms were all very inconsistent in size and layout. We booked a twin, a triple sharing and a family room. But all 3 rooms were given 4 beds. The room I got was the smallest so there was very little room to move around with 4 beds. Bathrooms were also differently arranged, one had a standing shower and bidets were positioned far away from the WC. The hotel also caters halal dining options. But at breakfast it was just rice and a chicken stew dish. We could eat the other foods as well and items that contained pork were labelled. Unfortunately the labelling seems inconsistent because one day, the donuts and chocolate glazed pastries were labelled as containing pork, but the next day they were not. At dinner, we asked which dishes were halal and were told that all the food was halal but there were labels on top which they removed quickly. We had minimal interaction with staff but the restaurant staff worked fast and were polite.

The hotel has a lot of services including outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sunbathing area, restaurant and a small gym. WiFi reception in the rooms is poor. The buffet lunch is also a weak point.
