The worst customer service ever! I received 1 out of 2 packages, the second package didn`t reach me even after two weeks! I am still waiting. The delivery company assured me that they will deliver the second package the next day, but they didn`t. Noone answers the phone, nor customer service nor delivery company. Noone replies to my emails. Chat on the website doesn`t work. It`s impossible to contact them in any way! If they don`t deliver my package or give me back my money I will never buy from them anymore! It`s a waist of money and nerves! Avoid buying in this shop, it is better to support small businesses that cares about their clients!

It's a shame that there is only this type of IKEA store in the south. Queues for pickup, deliveries delayed to infinity, as a result, half of the ordered items arrived, we had to wait a few weeks for the rest (unexpected shortages in the warehouse). A kilometer long queue for pickup, half of the orders are lost. In a word, a mess. It is a pity that you can not buy and leave as in normal Ikea.

I really love to buy things from ikea. Now there is no need to go north to buy furniture or any other item of ikea. From south shop you can order, and the very next day you can pick your ordered items. Very nice service and very helpful staff.

Went pick up a chair we ordered on line. Got to say it was the easiest and quickest thing we've ever done in tenerife ... no fuss , all staff spoke English...no waiting, pleasant service and easy free parking.

We purchased “ANTILOP HIGH CHAIR” and they sent us the chair without legs. Every week they made a new promise about the legs but the item never arrived. Finally they made a refund just for the legs. Can someone tell me how to feed a baby in a chair that has no legs 😄 Imagine buying a car and it arrives without wheels.

Contacted IKEA several times by email though they never reply. Bought a tap and bathroom sink unit. Within a month of fitting the tap it has all tarnished, IKEA are not interested in responding to any issues once they have taken the customers money.

There is a rather modest offer in this place, but you can order and pick it up within a few days. The service is efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, the prices are higher than on the mainland by as much as 30%, which is rather not justified, because other large stores have the same prices as on the mainland.

Great staff and very helpful. Good selection of products and more products available from the catalogues available.

This Ikea works more like an ordering center. They don't have much to take and go... Just some kitchenware. So don't go there to expect to browse, order online and come pick it up in a few days.

It's a limited showroom only and you have to order in advance (best online), so that you can pick it up there 2 days later.

Nice staff. Basically, this is just a shop window for IKEA stock, you can buy on site but many items, those that are large in particular, have to be ordered and either collected or else delivered for €25. Personally, I hate trooping around IKEA's superstores with my wife, so this is a good compromise.

Worst customer service that I have experienced in my life! We bought a washing machine, provided a plan of the apartment with the dimensions of the place for it, it was confirmed to us that everything was fine, it would fit in size, as a result, the installer said that it did not fit in size, we brought the machine back, the attendants were rude, this was the first time we saw this. They refused to return the money, (according to EU law, even if the machine was used, the buyer has the right to return it and receive a full refund))). But we were only given a check for the amount paid for the washing machine, motivating that there was water in the washing machine and we used it,? ??? which is a lie - any new washing machine has water inside from the manufacturer's factory - this is a mandatory manufacturing process of the manufacturer !!!!! Terrible place and staff

Small store compared with UK stores. But was in and out in 20mins compared to about 2hrs in my local Warrington store, but my wife likes to look at everything. But easy access for wheelchairs etc and no problem parking so all in all great for shopping.

Buying a lot from Ikea. Never had a problem. Price and Quality are OK.

Very bad and careless transport and delivery. Call center for after sales service let you wait an eternity at the phone. Appointment times are not respected at all. My mattress was bent and tied so much that it broke, then it was slid down the street to the entrance of my house by the Ikea transport.

I would really like to appreciate the work of Abrahan Heras from Ikea, who is very helpful, professional, tries to meet in every way and is definitely the person you want to meet, whether you are in trouble or just want to shop pleasantly with a smile. Is indeed smaller than the ikea from Santa Cruz, but is really useful and have many things here. Also, staff is very kind with you and even though you don't speak good Spanish, they will try to assist you and do they job in a professional way! Definitely a good experience.

MY EXPERIENCE USING THE ONLINE APPLICATION: More than 40% of the products are not available 😳😳😳, not to mention the extremely poor selection of products😢. At least you can put a button with AVAILABLE PRODUCTS 😉🤗. I wanted to buy 200/200 bed sheets, 180/200, and 160/180. The 160/180 none! With the 200/200 found some but most of them not available 😳, as for the 180/200! Towels as well, poor selection of colours and patterns 😓! Pillow cases as well, only 2 sizes🤦🏻!! My god!! After more that 40 minutes, I finally managed to put something in the basket, not the things that I would love but the things I was able to find, anyway, a bug emptied my basket and I had to star over with all the products😳🤦🏻🤷🏻! Since I didn't had any patience to start all over again I did a quick shopping, just the urgent things I needed!! I'm sorry, I think Tenerife IKEA doesn't want my money!🤷🏻No pasa nada muchacho, somos en canarias, mañana sera mejor 🤦🏻. Sometimes I think the Neanderthals were smarter that some people here on the island!! Sorry but that's the truth 😳😳🥲
